Have i made a mistake by agreeing to take the scholarship ? when i told my dad and Cassy they were both happy for me and excited

But there was one more person i wanted to tell

It's been four days since my encounter with the principal , which means in two days i must be on plane to England

Right now i was walking in one of the parks , holding my umbrella since it was raining , i always loved walking while it was raining

Suddenly, i noticed a car with dark windows following me , I thought it was just a jerk disturbing me , i ignored him as i walked a bit faster , only for the car to catch up on me , the windows went down revealing Chase

I looked at him surprised, was he following me ?
" are you following me ?" I teasingly asked him

" No , just passing by , do you need a ride ?" He asked and i shake my head ; " no , i love walking like this , join me " i offered, he gazed at me before sighing, he parked his car and brought an umbrella from the trunk , he joined me and walked together

" where are you going ?" He asked ; " I don't know , just wandering " i replied

" you could get sick " he said and i chuckled ;
" naah , this weather always suits me " i told him and he chuckled

" how's everyone?" I asked ; " like always " he answered ;" Miles misses you by the way"
he added and i grinned

" i miss him too ! You should bring him next ti-" i said and I remembered that it won't be a next time , aren't i leaving for England?

He looked at me confused and i tried to avoid eye contact; " what's wrong ?" He asked

I gulped and ceased walking , i faced him , he was concerned and confused; " I'm going to England" i told him and the confusion didn't leave his face

" like .. a visit , to wander ?" He asked and i shake my head " my school offered me a scholarship to continue my studies there next year , and I accepted " i stated and his face expression changed , from an optimistic one to annoyed

Say something, please

" and I'm going there on Saturday, for an Initial interview " i added , his face remained stern

For the love of god say something, say you don't want me to leave , say you feel the same way i feel about you

" i see , I'm happy for you " he said in a cold tone making me look at him shocked, disappointed with his answer ; " are you ,  really?" I asked , hoping for him to come around and say the three words

" of course " he said and looked away , i sighed and closed my eyes as i slightly shake my head , this is so stupid ; " I'm sorry i just remembered , i had something to do back..home " i said as i turned to leave

" Eda , let me take you.." he said and i refused
" No ... good bye Chase " i said as i walked as fast as i could , leaving him standing behind

If he can't say those simple words why should i waste my life chance on him ?

Two days passed , it was Saturday , the day of my flight

Right now i was still at home , the plane date was at 16:00 pm , which means in forty five minutes

I organised my bag and stuff , my dad had already prepared my passport and visa a long time ago for such occasions

My dad offered to give me a ride to the airport but I didn't want to get him out of work , i already said goodbye to him in the morning before he left

i was only going to be in England for three days , arrive tonight , the meeting tomorrow, and return after tomorrow,  everything was set by my school

I grabbed my bag and got out of the house , i stood across the street to get a taxi and i finally did

England , here i come

Was it right? What i said , what if she wanted me to say something else , despite what she wanted , what the hell did i wanted to say ?

Why was i running from facing my feelings , why couldn't i just tell her how i feel ? I was not happy , not a bit , she's leaving , and I'm probably never going to see her again

Fuck this

I headed to my car and drove as fast as i could to Eda's house , hoping she didn't go yet

When i arrived to the neighbourhood, i spotted Eda getting into the taxi cab , shit !

I hit the klaxon of my car but i was a bit far so she didn't hear me , the cab went off and i speed up , it turned right and i followed , only to find myself in the traffic

New York traffic , well that sounds like mission impossible

There was about five cars separating me from Eda's , when the light turned green and they started to move slowly , the cab drove away along side the cars before me , when it was my turn it turned red again

Seriously!

Getting impatient as i saw Eda getting far from me , i sighed and drove , burning the red light , thankfully there was no police officer

I was getting closer to the cab , i hit the klaxon multiple time nonstop, if only i had her number to call her

I didn't stop the klaxon as there was only an inch away between me and the other car

Suddenly , i noticed Eda's head turning , i could see her shocking expression when she realised it was me

The taxi stoped and parked and so did i , both Eda and i got out in the same time and went to each other

" Chase , what are you doing here !!?" She asked , I didn't answer, instead i went to the taxi's chest and grabbed Eda's bag , i paid the driver and told him to drive away

" what the hell are you doing !!?" She shouted and i faced her ; " don't go !" I said and she was startled; " what ?" She asked

" you heard me , stay , don't go to England " i insisted

She looked at me with angry eyes , she gulped before yelling again ; " you can't do this , you can't come whenever you want and tell me what to do ! GIVE ME ONE REASON TO STAY "

" BECAUSE I ' M IN LOVE WITH YOU"
I confessed , and her eyes widened from my confession , her mouth opened and her face went red

" I love you" i repeated again and she didn't answer

I smiled at her before before grabbing her from the back of her neck and smashing my lips on hers

Soon she gave up to me and kissed me back , i held her waist tightly and pulled her closer as we continued to kiss passionately

Well this is going to be a night to remember
