I woke up at the sunlight hitting my face through the window , I turned to take a look at Eda who was still asleep

She was still laying on her stomach, handcuffed , i felt bad about doing this to her but i had to . I reached up and stroked her cheek gently, I grabbed the keys from the nightstand and released her wrists

She whined a little before rolling to the other side . And i got a glimpse of her neck , she was still wearing the neckless i gave her on her birthday . I got off of the bed and went to the bathroom , i washed my face before getting down and made breakfast

While preparing breakfast, I received a text from Valerie asking if everything went well and i answered

Suddenly, i heard Eda's footsteps coming towards the kitchen ; " I can't believe you made me sleep like that !" She stated , sounding angry

" it was the only way to calm you down " i simply said ; " come , i made breakfast " i added ; " I'm not having breakfast with you , I'm leaving " she said as she walked towards the door

I watched her struggling to open it , the door was automatic so it would only opens with typing a password on the keyboard ; " Chase open the door " she demanded looking furiously at me

I shook my head with a smirk ; " I forgot the password darling " i told her and she rolled her eyes at me ; " quit playing games what are you ten ?" She mocked me and i chuckled at her insult ; " for you i can be anything " i said while walking to her

" let's have breakfast , and talk , peacefully " i said , staring into her honey eyes , she gulped before sighing and walking away back to the kitchen

I cracked a smile before following her . I continued making breakfast for both of us , she was sitting on the table , her arms crossed, looking away and I started putting the plates on the table

We started eating in silence , my eyes never left her but she was looking down , avoiding eye contact with me ; " how's college ?" I spoke , trying to bring up a subject

" none of your business " she answered, her eyes still on her plate , i let out a chuckle as i looked up , then at her again , she was taunting me and i liked it ; " are you trying to make me hate you ? Cause it won't work " i told her , earning a glimpse from her when she looked up

She put down her fork , she stared into my eyes as i put my chin on my hand ; " whatever you do , we won't get back to each other , you're just wasting your time " she said

" one month " i said as i lifted up my finger , she looked at me confused; " one month , if you still didn't change your mind then i will let you go " i stated ; " you can't keep me for a month in here ! I have school and , don't you have work!" She yelled in my face

" my only work now is you " i said ; " and don't worry about your school , i called in and told them you were sick " i added and her eyes widened and her lips parted

" for a month ?" She asked with a frown ; " if you got covid then yes , oh by the way , principal McCarty wishes you recovery and she says you don't have to worry about your classes " i told her and she gasped angrily

" Chase Romano i hate you !" She shouted as she got up and started throwing forks , spoons and even knives at me , i laughed at her as i got up and dodged them . She kept throwing as she stepped closer to me

When she was out of forks and spoons , she bumped into my chest throwing fists , i held her between my arms and she stopped . We glanced at each other silently , she was no longer angry and i was no longer laughing
