Flashback

After arriving to my grandmother's mansion , she showed me the room I'm supposed to stay in , she tried talking to me but i was too tired

The room

And i had no interest in talking with her

I dropped my body on the bed as i fell asleep , i wanted to stop thinking about him , I must've hurt him , the way i left was totally unfair

I woke up at the sounds of footsteps inside the room , I opened my eyes only to see two maids unpacking my bag and organising my stuff , i got up and walked to them ; " what are you two doing ?" I asked

They looked at me as they were startled
; " Madam Perez asked us to-" one of them began to explain and i sighed ; " leave , both of you" i told them but they didn't move , instead they looked over each other

" didn't you hear me ?" I glared at them and they gulped ; " we're sorry miss Eda , but Madam Josephine told us to-" the other one spoke before i headed out of the room

I wandered around the mansion angrily as i was trying to find my wicked grandmother, the house was big , any one could easily get lost in it

The mansion

I walked around until my eyes finally landed on her , she was standing in the centre of the mansion talking with a men wearing a suit ; " we need to talk " i said as I interrupted their conversation

She looked at me before nodding at the man telling him to leave ; " good morning to you too" she said when we were finally alone , with a wicked smile on her face , makes me wanna vomit

" look , i agreed to come here because you promised me you won't hurt Chase or his family anymore , not because i have some affection toward you " i told her and confusion took over her grin

" don't send maids to unpack my bag , I don't need servants " i cleared the confusion ; " well , i thought since you came late last night , you would be tired , I figured you would need some help " she stated and i frowned at her ; " i don't"

She sighed before smiling at me again , acting all nice , that won't trick me ; " alright , I apologise , come , breakfast shall be ready in ten minutes , time for you to meet you uncle and cousin properly " she told me before she walked away

I took a glimpse of her before lifting my head up and closing my eyes , i wanted to scream my lungs out at that moment , i went back to the room and the two maids had already cleaned the room and made the bed , i looked at the two of them who seemed a bit terrified from me cause they were looking down

" thank you " i murmured before going to the bathroom , i washed my face and teeth and changed my clothes, i went downstairs again as i was looking for the dining table , a male servant came over to me ; " come with me miss Eda " he said , i followed him until we reached to a long table , my grandmother , uncle and cousin were already there

" here she is " grandmother said ; " morning"  Jeremy , my uncle I suppose , said and i gave him a fake smile with a roll of eyes as i took my seat , across grandmother, we started to eat in silence , until Josephine decided to speak , talking nonsense , the only one who was answering her was her son Jeremy , as for Ryan , he wouldn't take his eyes off of his phone

I finished my plate of eggs and wiped my mouth with a tissue , when i got up and was about leave , grandmother spoke ; " going somewhere ?";
" yeah , to my room " i said and she nodded ;
" alright then " , i shook my head and rolled my eyes again as i headed upstairs

I laid on the bed and checked my phone , twenty missed calls from Chase from the morning until now , my heart skipped a beat as i saw his name popping out of my screen , I turned off my phone and tried to distract my mind a little bit but no use

After a long time of mediation, the door opened revealing my grandmother , she entered and she looked a bit serious , i got up of the bed and stood in front of her ; " what ?" I asked

" Chase's here " she said , my mouth fell open and my eyes went wide ; " Ch..Chase ?" I stumbled , part of me felt happy and excited to see him , and the other part was saying otherwise

" for his sake , you will tell him you no longer want to see him , and it doesn't work between you two " grandmother said and i looked at her shocked

Was she for real ?

" are you serious ?" I asked her and she nodded , with a stern face ; " when he enters the mansion , a gun will be pointed at him by one of my men , in secret , he won't be able to see him " she explained as I wasn't believing what i heard

" if you try to say anything suspicious and out of order , I'll give the signal and he'll drop dead" she added and i gasped ; " No ! Please no " i pleaded and she smiled at me

" then do as i say sweetheart , let's go , he's waiting " she said and walked out of the room , i froze in my place , thinking about the worst possibilities

She stood at the door step waiting for me , I adjusted myself before heading out

That was probably one the hardest moments in my life , i hated this , i hated this situation , the look on his face broke me , he looked at me disbelieved , and he had every right to

He left with anger i know that , I don't think he will ever forgive me , i hurt him, in front of all these shitty people of my family

I tried to drive my mind off , so i went to take a shower , I entered the bathroom and undressed myself , i took a look of myself at the mirror , i noticed my body full of hickeys Chase left last night

My fingers brushed against them as i felt them sting , I recalled scenes of last night , i recalled his kisses, his fingers , his lips trailing down all over my body

I imagined him once again doing all those things to me , I imagined him by my side right now holding me , whispering sweet things to my ear

God i missed him
