I almost lost control over myself, sometimes I forget that she was still a virgin and new to that kind of stuff

Two weeks passed since that night , we had been talking regularly on phone but we didn't meet

i was busy with our clubs and the gold retrieving from the Lucianos and also to capture Luca

When i was home , having lunch with my mother and sister , Valerie was giving me weird looks , i knew what was she referring to , but damn that was annoying

" you've been quite busy these weeks , is everything okay ?" My mother suddenly spoke

" yeah , Hermano , is everything okay ?" Valerie sarcastically repeated our mother's question with a grin on her face

I glared at her as she giggled , I turned to look at my mother; " everything's fine , just busy with catching Luca and getting our gold back " i informed her

" son , the gold isn't important, what matters is your and your cousins safety-" she said right before i cut her off ; " it's not about the gold , it's about our name , if we let this slide we're no longer a family to be feared in the mafia world "

" Father handed me this empire , it won't collapse on my watch " i told them before chewing my last bite and getting up

As i was walking toward my car , i heard Valerie's footsteps coming behind me and her voice calling me ; " Chase , wait !" I frowned before turning to face her

" What ?" I said in a stern tone ; " Relax ! I came in peace " she said and i rolled my eyes at her

" really ? " i mocked her , i knew what she came for ; " No not really ! How's Eda ?" There it is , the question

" She's fine " i simply replied and she narrowed her eyebrows at me ; " No I mean ... you and her , together... how's stuff and things in bed -" she asked and i glared at her again

Is she taunting me ?

" oh ! " she formed an " O" in her mouth , sarcastically of course , as if I won't get it

" what are you trying to get at ?" I asked her ;
" she's torturing you isn't she ?" She asked with a smirk; i sighed at her before nodding my head , the next thing i heard was her laughing at me

" she's so damn beautiful, sometimes I can't hold myself " i told her and she looked at me in a serious way

" how cute , my brother is in love " she mocked me again ; " you say one more word and I'll shoot you " i warned , joking of course and she chuckled ; " anyway , you still have a long ride before you two get to that point , maybe I'll pay her a visit someday " she told me and i nodded my head , agreeing with her

After my conversation with Valerie , i headed to the warehouse , i met the guys there , came up with new plans and contacted our people in Mexico

After that i went back home , i took a shower and laid on the bed , later Miles joined in , urging me to play with him

After about one hour of resting i went to my office to check some files , I'm not the type of people to rest too much

As i was getting the files and papers from the drawers , my hand landed on Eda's file that Andrew got me when I kidnapped her

I opened it without reason , my eyes spotted the date of her birthday, which was tomorrow!
