Billy tends to be gentle with his kisses. He's very bashful and shy when it comes to them, but they're very sweet. Gets all blushy as well. Hell, you might even catch him hiding in his face in his scarf. His three favorite places to kiss would be temple, forehead, and lips. Attack him with kisses he'd love em. And hand kisses. He loves those as well!
As for neck kisses, ohhh boy. His face might as well be a cherry. He'll let out quiet chuckles because sometimes it tickles him. He gives neck kisses when you two are playful. (Not like that ya nasties). His small chuckles are the most adorable thing, you could listen to em all day.
