You needed all the colors

The days are blurring together again,
The sky isn't blue

Nothing feels okay anymore,
Now that I'm without you

Everything feels numb again,
Nothing feels true.

The sky is turning gray,
And the clouds are taking over

But who are you to see my dismay,
You've never been one to see the colors.

You took my heart and squeezed it dry of any and all color,
Just so you might be able to see some.

My heart was nothing but a game.

I don't want to live but I'm scared of dying,
And yet I want to see the world.

I just wanted to be loved and cared for.
Yet you needed it more.

But what about me?
