Anyway, onto the actual story. ————————————————
He felt the wind blowing through his robes as he plummeted at unfathomable speed towards the ground.
Looking around, he could see naught but desert and ruins. Maybe this was Mars, he mused as his body hit the ground and splattered out into a pile of bloody gore.
A little machine, born of light, emerged from his backpack and split into multiple segments as it shone with a blue brilliance. With a flash, the splayed gore and entrails were cleaned and his body reformed as he took a breath.
Y/n: "Ugh, hate those kinds of deaths. Thanks a bunch, Malice."
Malice: "No probs."

Despite her name, Malice was actually a rather amicable companion. Her personality was hauntingly similar to his own, even right down to preferences even though she herself couldn't do anything about it.
Y/n stumbled to his feet and wiped off the dust from his robes as he looked around through his skull-shaped helmet.

Malice brought up a map on Y/n's HUD and it showed that they were right in the middle of what they knew as Old Korea.
