The group gathered in the school hallway, their expressions a mix of anticipation and anxiety. The impending prom and the weight of their mission weighed heavily on their minds. Jessica, in particular, felt the burden of her role as the priestess, sensing that her time was running out.

As they discussed their concerns, the gloomy weather outside mirrored their somber mood. The overcast sky and the constant rain seemed to reflect the heaviness in their hearts. They knew that the stakes were high, and the pressure was mounting with each passing day.

"Joseph said Rosemary is clean, but I still can't shake this feeling of unease," Jessica admitted, her voice tinged with worry. "We're only two days away from prom, and it's nerve-wracking."

Amanda let out a frustrated sigh. "And to think, all of this for a stupid prom," she muttered, her frustration evident. The idea of a high school dance seemed trivial in the face of the dark forces they were up against.

Jeremy, ever the troublesome one, couldn't help but ask sarcastically, "Did Nathan not ask you to prom, Amanda?"

Amanda's elbow swiftly met Jeremy's side, causing him to gasp for air. "That's none of your business," she snapped, her voice laced with irritation.

Jessica could sense the underlying problem, but she knew that their focus needed to remain on the task at hand. "We understand how you may over look things, but we can't risk anything going wrong," she said, her voice filled with determination. "We have to stay focused on the ritual and the judgment. We can't let our guard down."

Jason, always the voice of reason, chimed in. "Amanda's right. We won't let anything happen to you. We'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe."

Jessica's expression softened, and she nodded, a mix of gratitude and concern in her eyes. "I know you all have my back," she said, her voice filled with a mix of determination and vulnerability. "Let's finish this, once and for all."

With their resolve strengthened, the group prepared to face the upcoming prom and the final confrontation with the dark forces that threatened their lives. They knew that the road ahead would be treacherous, but they were united in their mission to protect each other and put an end to the ritual.
The weight of their mission and the impending danger weighed heavily on Jessica's shoulders. She knew that finding Ravanin's sister and uncovering their plans was crucial, but the thought of using herself as bait left her feeling defeated and vulnerable.

Amanda placed a comforting hand on Jessica's shoulder. "We won't throw you to the wolves, Jessica," she reassured her. "But Jeremy might be onto something. If we can find someone willing to help us, someone who can act as a decoy, it might give us the advantage we need."

Jeremy nodded, his eyes filled with determination. "We need to think strategically," he said. "If we can lure them out, we might be able to catch them off guard and gather more information."

Jason chimed in, his voice steady. "We'll need to be careful and ensure the safety of whoever we choose as bait," he said. "But if it means protecting you, Jessica, we'll do whatever it takes."

Jessica took a deep breath, her resolve reigniting. She knew that sacrifices had to be made, but she also knew that her friends would do everything in their power to keep her safe. "Alright," she said, her voice filled with determination. "Let's find someone who can help us, someone who understands the risks and is willing to assist us in this fight."

The tension between Amanda and Joseph was palpable, their animosity evident in their exchange of words.

"Well we could always just use Jessica and keep tabs on her." Jeremy Joked.
