"Who's that?" I hear Caroline ask behind us "oh, um, this is-" "her boyfriend" he cuts me off and I look at him raising a brow and he only smiles "oh.... well I'm glad you've found someone new" she says smiling falsely at us and I smile back resisting the urge to roll my eyes "yea I've heard a lot about this Kai guy

She keeps saying he's so amazingly handsome" he smirks and I elbow him smiling at Caroline hoping she just shrugs it off like nothing "uh... right, well I have to go but you two have a good time" she says confused but ignoring it obviously having something else going on

Something being Stefan sense he was about to walk towards her right when she left "someone's playing hard to get" Kai whispers in my ear and I glare at him "amazingly handsome?" I ask and he nods "well it's only the truth" he says and I scoff rolling my eyes at him and he circles his hand around my waist before I can leave

"I love you" he whispers against my ear before nibbling on it making me gasp and try to pull away only to have him pull me closer "so much" he whispers again kissing my neck and sucking slightly making me bite back a moan "o-okay" I breathed pulling away so he could look me straight in the eyes

"I love you too but stop it" I warned and he smiles "okay" he says before kissing me slowly pulling away even slower "I just really missed you" he whispers leaning his forehead against mine "I did too but no one is gonna think I got over you that fast so just.. tone it down a bit"

I say fixing his collar "whatever you say" he mutters before grabbing my hand and intertwining our fingers leading me outside where everyone else was. Just because he learned a spell that changes his appearance doesn't mean he's acting any different it's strange actually, I have to keep reminding myself that the person next to me is Kai

Although the disguise he picked isn't bad looking..... at all (A/N: DYLAN AF) not that I'd ever let Kai know sense it could very well make things super awkward "Lila!" I here Liv calling out and I turn to see her running (as well she can in heels) towards us "hey Liv thanks for delivering my present for me" Kai says before I get the chance to speak

"It wasn't for you, it was for her because despite how much I hate you.. you make her happy" she glares at him a and I raise a brow "you knew about this?" I ask and she nods smiling at me sympathetically "sorry" she says "so that's what you weren't telling me" I say more to myself than her

"Yea again sorry" she says and I see Tyler walk out of the barn place looking thing, I have no idea what it's proper name is, "weren't you just in there?" I ask and she nods I narrowed my eyes "I thought you were avoiding him?" I ask pointing at said hot head "I was trying" she said shrugging

I took a deep breath and placed my hand on her shoulder "you wanna grab a drink?" I ask and she sighs heavily "I'd love to" she said and we started walking to the bar place grabbing three glasses of champagne "cheers" she says and I smile at her "cheers" Kai and I say in unison

Downing the drink Liv quickly gets one more Kai and I just lean back on the counter "do I wanna know what's going on with her?" He asks and I shake my head "no, not really" I say and he nods "okay just make sure she doesn't drink so much, I think that's her 3rd glass" he says and my eyes widen

I look over at her and quickly put her hand down stopping her from drinking anymore "Liv slow down.. do you really want to be drunk for your sisters wedding?" I ask and she shakes her head putting the glass down "no" she says and I give her a small smile "why don't you go mingle with your family?" I suggest she looks at me pleading me not to make her go

"Go" I say sternly pointing at their table and she groans before walking off I give he a thumbs up as she turns and flips me off "how nice" I hear Kai mutter and I look at him "you wanna go sit down somewhere?" I ask and he shakes his head "lets walk around" he says leading me off somewhere away from everyone else
