When the world stopped moving, I was sitting on a bench next to Peter, who was tied up in what looked like a jump rope.

"Now, both of you stay here," Pietro said sternly, pointing at the pair of us.

"Kids these days," he muttered under his breath before disappearing.

I snorted a laugh before standing up.

Peter was still struggling against his binds, Pietro had tied him up tightly.

"You will have to excuse him, he is protective," I informed Peter.

"Annabeth, can you untie me?" Peter asked.

I hummed in thought, "Will you stay here with me like Pietro said or are you going to go back and try to hurt my sister?"

Peter was silent, "I... I have to help Mister Stark, they're protecting a really bad guy Annabeth," he tried.

"Zimniy soldat (Winter soldier), Bucky. I know he is dangerous, trust me on that one." I told him, pulling my shirt up to reveal an old, scarred gash on my side.

Peters eyes widened.

"But from what I have picked up listening to the others, there's a whole group of soldiers just like him in Russia. Except there is one difference between them, this group did not need to be forced like he was," I informed.

"But he still-" I cut him off, "There is someone going there right now to free them, they are trying to stop them," I motioned in the direction I could hear the others in.

Peter suddenly stiffened, "Hey Annabeth?" He questioned.

I hummed in response, tilting my head as I looked at him.

"I'm real sorry about this," was all the warning I got before the binds on him went slack and he jumped at me.

I felt his fist against my jaw and a new explosion of pain as he ran away.

Black spots danced in my vision as I cried, that had hurt so much more than my wrist.

My jaw wouldn't close, I reached a hand up and gingerly touched it, instantly recoiling at the pain. Blood came away on my hand.

I felt tears well in my eyes, I shifted back into a malinois and limped hurriedly in the direction he'd come from, leaving a blood trail behind me.

I found a broken window that lead to outside, Scott was huge. Peter was swinging around his legs, binding him with webbing.

I let out a whine as I made my way through the window. I could see the quinjet flying away in the distance.

I knew it was futile when Scott fell, the others starting raising their arms in surrender.

I felt myself shrink into a calico cat as I fled.
