Sorcerer kingdom / 3rd pov

"There he is...."

Evileye and Lakyus watched from the side of a building as the hero of darkness, momon, walked his usual patrol.
This time however, he was without his usual partner, nabe.

A situation Evileye was most certainly not complaining about.

"Hm?"

Momon caught sight of the two adventurers as they quickly approached him.

"Hero momon. This is an emergency, please come with us."

"You're the leader of the blue rose, and Evileye as well. Why are you in E-rental?"

"He remembers me..."

"We need your aid. But we can't talk here in the open."

As Evileye was lost in her dillusions, Lakyus took the initiative and quickly explained the urgency of the situation.

"Very well. Lead the way."

Momon followed them to a remote area. A place they were currently using as a hideout.

The two parties of blue rose walked in front, with the hero of darkness a few steps behind.

Both eveileye and Lakyus occasionally sneaking glances at the hero of darkness, though both for different reasons.

"Ahh, momon-sama looks as handsome and as strong as ever!"

Evileye's mask lit up in a pink blush.

"I still don't know if we can fully trust him. Word is he is working under ainz ooal gown in order to protect the people living here, but we can't cross out the possibility that that may have changed.."
"Also, what's with the absence of his comrade..?"

Lakyus remained unsure as they arrived at their location.

"This is it, Hm?" Momon voiced out.

"Yes, let us speak inside. We don't know if the sorcerer king has eyes out here."

"..."

Lakyus led them inside.

"So...what is it you needed to speak about?"

"Right. We don't have time to waste so I'll cut straight to the chase..." Lakyus begun.

"I assume you are aware of the war between the sorcerer kingdom and the science kingdom currently happening?"

"So that's what this is about..."

"Yes, I'm aware of it." Momon answered unfazed.

"Then you should know now is our time to act! The battle between those two seems to be going at a standstill. It isn't as one-sided as one would have thought."

"That is to say, whoever can be the one to change the tides of the war now is guaranteed to emerge victorious."

"Is that right..."

"...yes.."

Lakyus was a bit puzzled by his reaction. It certainly wasn't what she was expecting.
She would have thought that the knowledge of finally being able to take down the sorcerer king would bring more out of him.

Perhaps sensing her suspicion, momon straightened himself.

"And so, I assume you are seeking my aid?"

"That's right!" Evileye blurted out.

"Momon-sama, with you fighting by our side, victory is assured, even more than accelerator!"
