"There's my baby girl." my daddy smiled before embracing me into a big hug
"Hi daddy." I lightly laughed before hugging him back.
"You disappeared, I can barely get a phone call out of you ?" he told me
"I'm sorry, i've been really busy, my schedule is packed everyday." I sighed
"I understand, don't be a stranger though." He told me causing for me to return a smile to him.
He helped with my bags before dragging them inside.
"So how are you feeling.. you're getting married tomorrow." I smiled
"I'm kind of nervous." he sighed while fiddling with his fingers
"What, why? and where's Crystal ?" I asked
"Getting things prepared for her bachelorette party tonight, you still going with her ?" He asked
"Of course, I am a bridesmaid." I smiled causing for him to chuckle. he stared at me for a while causing for me to tilt my head
"What?" I asked
"How are you ?" he asked
"I'm fine, i'm just kind of adjusting to a lot of change you know ?" I replied and he nodded
"Everything's good in LA?" he asked
"Yea I love it down there, my friends have keeping me company and my agent is taking good care of me, there was a lot about modeling that I really did not know.." I sighed
"Like what ?"
"One, she got me working out almost everyday, my food diet had to change. better digitals to get them out to agency's, maintenance every week.." I started causing for him to chuckle
"I'm so proud of you baby girl." He told me causing for me to give him a small smile
Just then the door opened to Anthony.
"Who's flowers ?" Anthony asked before raising a bouquet of roses up.
"I didn't see any flowers when I came in.." My daddy mumbled causing for me to walk over and grab them out of his hands
I peeled the card back before reading the letter.
"Welcome home sis, baldheaded ass." -Anthony
I laughed at the note before pushing his shoulder back causing for him to chuckle as well. He pulled me into a hug and we stayed there for a while until everything hit. I didn't realize how much I missed my family family.

"Oh my god please.." Crystal sighed out of frustration
"Ma what's wrong now..?" Nevaeh asked
"My eyebrow appointment just got canceled, I literally just wanted a clean up before tomorrow." she sighed
you could tell the pressure was definitely getting to Crystal, the wedding was tomorrow afternoon and she was very stressed.
"can we get you in somewhere else..? i'm sure there's somewhere we can go." Nevaeh asked
"within the next two hours ? we have to get ready for the party tonight I won't have time." She sighed before rubbing her head
"I can.. see if Nae is available, she waxes her and my eyebrows all the time." I suggested causing for her to look at me
"Are you sure.. I know you two aren't on the best of terms..?" She asked
