Khushi herself didn't want to get any attention as she knew she is not on an official mission. Therefore, putting herself in the middle would risk blowing off her plans. She was expecting to see known, and unknown criminals, and lawbreakers and wanted people at this party. Yet she got surprised by the number of known higher-ranking officials in the party.

"This will be harder than I thought. Looks like he got protection from a number of different departments. Exposing him means exposing these departments. I will have to be extra careful now"

Thought Khushi. It is clear that this party is not going to be the party she was expecting.

"Oh well, what can I do? Since I am already here, I might as well enjoy it"

Khushi has never been a person who would attend parties or go out. Therefore, tonight she is going to enjoy her first grand scale party. Tonight, she will attend the party as Khushi, not agent Khushi. Maybe Akash is correct, once in a while, you have to let yourself enjoy being normal.

"Hi Khushi, you look hot. I told you this dress will suit you"

LA ran towards Khushi and hugged her while NK hugged Arnav.

"Thank you so much, bro. This party is awesome but the best thing you LA is here. Thank you"

"Mention not NK. This is nothing compared to what you have done. Now, stop acting all emotional and enjoy the party"

"ASR, NK has always told me that you are a nice guy. I am sorry, I never believed him. But now I know what he meant. I am glad he has you in his life. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a friendship like this in their lives. So you both, cherish it with your life"

NK and LA then disappeared on the dancing floor. Arnav looked and Khushi and saw her looking at the couple who just disappeared.

"They are so much in love. I can't believe you kept them apart"

"Khushi, distance makes love grow. That's what happened with them"

"Wow Mr Raizada, since when you became saint valentine?"

"I was stating a fact Khushi and stop calling me Mr Raizada. At least not tonight"

"Deal, but you have to promise you won't call me Miss Gupta then. If you feel old when I call you Mr Raizada, I feel older with the name Miss Gupta"

"Deal accepted Khushi. Would you like a drink?"

"I thought you never ask. I am starving actually"

"Let's go and get you something to eat shall we?"

Saying that Arnav extended his hand which Khushi took without wasting any time.

"We shall"

Arnav and Khushi had a great time. Neither of them spoke about the contract or work. Both of them had conversations about their lives and likes. dislikes, favourites and many other things about each other.

"I must tell you, Khushi, you are fun to be around. I am having a good time"

"You are not so bad yourself Arnav. For an uptight person, you do know how to relax"

Khushi and Arnav didn't realise when they both walked out of the mall hall distancing themselves from the crowd. They are now standing by the balcony further away from the party.

The balcony didn't have any direct electricity but it got direct moonlight. Arnav looked at Khushi and realised how beautiful she is under the moonlight. She has exquisite big eyes, a small nose, puffy cheeks and perfectly rounded lips.
