"Good morning, cuddle bear." Siddharth cooed at his fiance, nuzzling her cheek affectionately. Shehnaaz giggled softly, looking up at Siddharth who was hovering over her with his eyes twinkling with happiness and love.

"Good morning Mi Vida." Shehnaaz responded, pulling him into a soft kiss and sat up on the bed. Siddharth pulled her gently atop his lap.

"I can't believe we're in Kashmir." Shehnaaz grinned, looking around the room in wonder.

Siddharth kissed her cheek softly. "We're here."

Shehnaaz looked back at Siddharth with the biggest grin of her life, plastered on Shehnaaz's face. "Thank you so much for bringing us here."

Siddharth cupped her tiny face between his huge palms, and pressed his forehead to hers. "Yeh shaadi se pehle hamara last vacation hai."

Shehnaaz nodded, some of her excitement now diffused into nervousness. "Hum theek rahenge na Mi Vida? Mein acchi wife banungi na?"

Siddharth smiled at her. "Of course. Tu bhi jaanti hai ki at this point shaadi bas ritual hai. Tu toh kitne maheene se meri patni hai. Mujhe sambhaalti hai, mere kaam ko sambhaalti hai. Mere poore pariwaar ko jod ke rakha hua hai tune. Tu already Shukla family ki daughter-in-law hai, aur meri biwi.. tu toh us hi dinn se meri biwi hai jab se mene tere haath mein yeh ring pehnaai thi." He said softly, playing with the diamond ring in her finger.

Shehnaaz blushed.

"Tu kab se utha hai?" Shehnaaz asked him, causing him to shrug, "Half an hour or so. I freshened up and everything."

Shehnaaz grinned. "Tu naha bhi liya?"

Siddharth rolled his eyes. "Tu bhi uth fatafat, aur jaakar ke naha le. We have to out of the room by 12."

"Phir hum houseboat pe rahenge?" Shehnaaz asked excitedly. Her eyes impossibly widened and shone in mirth.

Siddharth felt his heart attempt to jump out of his chest and into her arms. How could someone be so beautiful and so adorable and yet so damn arousing at the same time.

He leaned in and placed his lips on hers, initiating a soft yet passionate makeout session.

A few minutes later, they parted reluctantly in need of air. Shehnaaz rested her head against his chest while Siddharth peppered kisses along her jawline, down her neck.

"Houseboat mein rahenge, lekin uske liye humein idhar se nikalna bhi padega." Siddharth said quietly. Shehnaaz pulled away from him.

"Mein fresh hone jaa rahi hoon." She said, getting off the bed. Siddharth chuckled, watching her run off, and crawled down the bed. "Oye.. brush toh le jaati bag mein se." He called out.

Shehnaaz unlocked the bathroom door with a soft click and grinned sheepishly at him. Siddharth handed her the toothbrush and kissed her nose, cooing softly at her. "Mera buddhu baccha!"

Shehnaaz scanned the lake in wonder, a soft but audible gasp escaped her lips. "Yeh kitna sundar hai Siddharth."

Siddharth wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer, humming quietly in agreement.

The dal lake was shining due to the sun rays bouncing off it's waters, creating an illusion of small diamonds glittering at its surface.

"We'll be staying here this whole time!" Samyukta gasped, her eyes widened. "Maamu, this is so beautiful."

Siddharth smiled. "Sabke alag boats hai, quite obviously. Mukku tu nani ke saath hai baccha."
