General pov: for the past couple weeks, detective Pryma has been trying to convince Kelly to help take down Martucci but the only downfall would be they let the cop who planned the whole going after Kelly and Stella on the wedding night get out of jail and Kelly didn't like it because ever since he asked him fully, he hasn't been sleeping well, and has been very not himself, earlier in the day truck got called to a scene where cops needed assistance with their barricade. Turns out it was the house that M'tucci was at so they just waited until it was safe, but then things took a turn from a gun fire war between the police and the people inside, and then detective pryma  going inside, and getting grenade stuck in his leg the swat team wanted a couple of the firefighters to go in to assess the damage so Stella and Car volunteered. They started working on it but also helping the bomb squad guy get the grenade out of his like they got it I was like safely, but then within five seconds it clicked and was ready to go off, so Stella got on top of covered and detective. Pryma and it exploded. Wow outside squad three just arrived and now watching the house blow up as with the other police officers that are outside

K= Stella hey report, Stella....  Squad three search and rescue. ( Kelly heads inside.)
SG= chief, there could be more explosions we didn't have time to clear the place
CB= Momen know what they're doing
K= Stella Carver call out ( someone makes) cap check him out Tony get on that ( points to the fire)
TF= got it
K= Carver, Kidd, hey, talk to me hey back here  Stella, Stella Stella hey hey hey ( moves) try not to move OK ( looks her over) OK looks like you took some shrapnel hey chief, everyone's accounted for we need to structures .... Take a breath.
SB=  any exit wound
V= not that I can see
SB= don't worry Stella we got you
M= not bad. Hey come here
BG= what happened
SC= she took the brunt of the blast
CB= ( at the ambo Kelly looks at him) go we'll meet you at med
S= ( inside the ambo ) pryma
K= he's on the way to med because of you
S= my heart rate must be breaking records
SB= yeah it's a little elevated but you're gonna be OK
S= in my breathing, feel shallow is it a pneumothorax?
SB= I don't think so. It could be the shock
V= out-of-the-way move.... You guys OK back there
K= don't worry about us just keep driving
SB= I need you to keep pressure
K= I'm sorry yeah I know
SB= you want something for the pain
S= yes hell yeah give me everything you got
SB= all right
S= I can't OK

They arrive to the hospital in about 10 minutes now everybody else is in the waiting room waiting on news

BG= then there is this first of gun fire, and there's this loud whoo's and then there was nothing
H= that was the rocket
M= yup and we all just sitting there waiting for the other shoe to drop
BG= but it doesn't and then someone yelled medic next thing you know KIDD  and Carver are sitting up and heading inside
DR= damn
SC= OK thanks
CZ= hey Carver, you need anything coffee something from the vending machine
SC= I'm good thanks
CZ= that must've been one hell of a scene in there
SC= yeah, it was yeah
CZ= well let me know if you need anything we're all here for you
K= hey uh she'll be OK she's having surgery now to get the shop now we moved. The wound is deep but they said that she won't have any serious internal damage.
.H= thank God
M= so what are we looking at for recovery time wise
K= um knowing her she'll wanna do the next shift, but realistically a few weeks
CB= I'll take truck in squad out of service for the remainder of the shift. Just keep us posted come on 51 back to the firehouse.

They leave Kelly alone and then About an hour or two later back at the firehouse

SC= you wanted to see me chief
CB= come on and have a seat you know with Kidd out I'm gonna need you to write up 81s incident report since the two of you were in there alone
SC= copy that
CB= given the high profile nature of the car. It's already reached the news cycle well headquarters they want their side of things ASAP
SC= I'll get right on it ( starts to leave )
CB= I am not finished you know in my time when something like this happens, they would give you a bunch of sleeping pills a pat on the back you never speak of it again but wisely, they figured out that isn't the best coach just because you were in there, not physically harm, does not make it any less traumatic no one would hold it against you. If you wanna take a few shifts off decompress get your head straight.
SC= thank you chief I prefer to stay on if that's OK
CB= no one is here to force your hand but if you wake up tomorrow morning and you feel otherwise that offer it's so good... good you're dismissed
