Alhaitham's POV
The first thing I noticed when my eyes gently opened and fluttered to the world was the pounding headache that was echoing around in my skull.
"Fuck."
I groaned, placing a hand over my head as I tossed the thick black blanket that was over my body off to the side. Gentle rays of sunshine were pouring through the window, seemingly like daggers were piercing through my vision as I slowly sat up in my bed. What happened last night? I tried to think, but the memories seemed so far away I could barely touch them. I remembered going to the dance, and Kaveh getting up on stage and dancing. And then I remember asking him if he wanted a drink, and us heading home. And then he got angry and then-
Oh no. Oh no. Oh no no. This wasn't happening. Memories started to pour in from the night before as I jolted awake and sat on the edge of my bed. I placed one hand on my forehead and dug the other one through my hair, trying to comprehend the events of last night. I had made a terrible mistake. How could I have let my judgement drift away so easily? How could I have let myself slip so fast? And why, why why did I do it with him? It had been so long since I had done anything like that with someone else, why did I have to pick last night to break the streak? I ran my hand down my face and covered my mouth. I didn't even know how I'd face him. I lost control.
"Fuck."
I hissed again. Just then, my eyes shifted to my door to see someone standing in the doorframe, their arms resting on the frame as they were leaned over, cracking their fingers, looking at me. Kaveh.
"Having a little revelation of what happened between us last night?"
"Oh, you shouldn't be worrying about what I know about last night. You should be wondering how you're going to make it out of this alive!"
I snapped, flinging my body towards him. He almost looked shocked as I slammed my body against his, as his hit the wall. I grabbed ahold of his throat, but it was in a much different way than it had been last night. I was angry at him, but he looked like it didn't even matter to him that I could crush his windpipe.
"You're all talk. Now let's not forget who was the quite WILLING participant. You seemed much more eager than I."
"Don't even act like you didn't enjoy it."
I hissed, still grabbing his throat.
"Then don't act like you didn't."
"I didn't!"
"Oh really? Is that why you came in-"
I shoved my hand from his neck to his mouth as fast as I could, my body already shaking out of anger. The nerve this man had!
"That's enough."
I hissed, slowly removing my hand from his mouth. Instead of finding a face that was intimidated by me, I saw him simply smiling at me. It wasn't any smile however, but a devilish smirk that seemed to stretch from ear to ear.
"Are you embarrassed? Someone liked it a little too much?"
"I'M the one who liked it too much? You practically left your mouth open for me to use whenever I wanted!"
"That's because you tied my hands together!"
He snapped, his eyes shifting to anger.
"Because you talk too damn much!"
Kaveh shoved his hand against the one I had holding his throat, shocking me so I stepped backwards as he took a step towards me.
"I hope you know I hated every second of it."
