𝑨 few days later, the entire team was at the Toretto house. Isla's funeral was the day they got back into the US. It was a small funeral, but emotional. Zane was distraught when he heard about his mother's death. But as the days went on, he ended up finding peace with it. While Oliver was in London, Zane had become particularly close with Mia and loved being a big brother to Jack.

Oliver was holding Jack in his arms, while Mia held onto Zane's hand. Roman came out of the Toretto house, carrying the plate of meat for Tej to cook, with Brian and Lola behind him. Jack was babbling and Oliver smiled down at his youngest son.

"Don't burn it this time. Please?" Roman begged Tej

"I never go and burn it, man." Tej replied, almost insulted

Jack's eyes were situated on the food being cooked as Oliver and Mia walked past it and towards the garage.

"He's looking at the food." Mia said

"Is he?" Oliver asked, amused

"Yes." Mia replied

"Mmm. Good food." Oliver said

The family of four began walking through the backyard. Oliver looked at his sons.

"Yeah, so the air quality here is lousy, the traffic's bad, but, uh, I think you'll learn to like this place." Oliver said

Mia smiled down at Jack and Zane as they stopped in front of the garage.

"Yeah, and here you've got your own garage so you two can build a car with Daddy." Mia said

She moved in front and tapped her fingers against Jack's stomach. Oliver looked down at his sons.

"We'll be building a car?" Oliver asked

Zane nodded enthusiastically and Oliver chuckled. Brian and Lola made their way over to the family of four, hand-in-hand.

"First car better be a Charger, Zane, Jack." Dom called

Mia laughed at the look on Oliver's face as he looked over at Dom.

"You-- You mean Supra." Oliver said

Brian looked at his brother offended.

"I think you mean Skyline." Brian said

Letty laughed at the three men.

"Like I said, they're Torettos." Dom said

"You're confusing the kids." Oliver said

Dom held Letty's hand in his as they walked towards the group.

"Mia, you're gonna let him get away with this?" Dom asked

Lola and Mia chuckled. Roman looked up from the barbecue towards where Hobbs was walking up the driveway, followed by Elena.

"Hey, Mia, you better hide your baby oil." Roman called, jokingly

He held a hand up at Hobbs.

"I'm just playing." Roman said

Hobbs didn't miss a beat as he replied.

"You better hide that big-ass forehead." Hobbs countered

Tej spat out his drink as he laughed, Han and Gisele laughing as well as Roman took major offense to that.

"I was just joking, but whatever. Definitely not funny." Roman said

Hobbs stopped in front of the group at the garage.

"It's official." Hobbs said

Oliver wrapped one arm around Mia, the other still holding Jack, and Mia put an arm around Zane.

"You're all free." Hobbs said

Mia and Oliver smiled at each other. Brian and Lola shared a kiss.

"It wasn't half bad, having you work for me." Hobbs said

Dom laughed.

"Now, we all know you were working for me, Hobbs." Dom said

"Agree to disagree." Brian said

He chuckled before nodding to Hobbs.

"Thank you." Brian said

Hobbs gave him a nod back.

"Good luck." Hobbs said

Mia, Oliver, and Zane walked away.

It was finally time to eat. Roman and Tej brought the food over to the table. Brian and Lola sat down next to each other. Oliver pulled out a chair for Zane and Zane sat down. Oliver then pulled out a chair for Mia, who was now holding Jack. After that, he finally sat down. Mia had Jack sitting on her lap, bouncing him on her knee slightly as she kept her arms wrapped around him. Jack's eyes landed on Lola and he squealed at the sight of her. Lola smiled brightly at him before pulling faces at him to make her nephew laugh. Brian pointed to Roman as he ate a chip out of the bowl.

"First bite. He's got grace." Brian stated

Roman looked at Brian confused.

"House rules, man. House rules." Brian explained

Mia and Lola nodded in agreement.

"All right, y'all. Come on let's do this." Roman said

Dom sat down at the head of the table, Letty on his lap. He smirked at Roman.

"Okay, Roman. Bless our table." Dom said

Oliver grabbed his oldest son's hand and smiled at him. His other hand held Mia's hand and Oliver pressed multiple kisses to it as Jack leaned into Mia's chest. Mia smiled at Oliver and shifted so Jack wouldn't fall.

"Father, thank you for the gathering of friends. Father, we give thanks for all the choices we've made because that's what makes us who we are. Let us forever cherish the loved ones we've lost along the way. Thank you for the little angel, the newest addition to our family. Thank you for bringing Letty home. And most of all, thank you for fast cars. Amen." Roman said

"Amen." Everyone chorused
