𝑻𝑯𝑬 team made it back to the base. Dom was dealing with Jakob, Roman, Tej, and Ramsey were doing their own thing, and Lola, Brian, and Oliver were on the top level of the base.

"Have you heard anything from Mia?" Lola asked Oliver

"Last time we talked, she said that they were on their way back." Oliver said

"Did they find anything useful?" Brian asked

He snaked an arm around Lola's waist and Oliver shrugged.

"She didn't say." Oliver said

"Hey guys." Letty said

She walked into the bunker with Mia at her side and three people behind them.

"Surprise." Letty said

Lola's jaw dropped when she saw Gisele and Han walk in behind Letty and Mia.

"Nice clubhouse." Han said

He looked around as he snacked on his chips. Dom suddenly turned around to see him as they all looked at him. Tej quickly walked over to him and hugged him tightly.

"Sup, man?" Tej mumbled

They broke the hug after some seconds and looked at each other as they chuckled. Elle and Tej greeted each other, shaking hands. Han approached Roman, who was about to burst into tears, but he first touched Han's arm to make him believe that he's real. Dom approached Han as Han took some steps also towards him.

"So you got my postcard, huh?" Han asked, smirking.

Dom looked at him for a second before he pulled him in a tight hug. Lola, Brian, and Oliver rushed down the stairs.

"Gisele!" Lola exclaimed

She pulled Gisele into a hug before pulling away and laughing, trying to figure out if it was real. Brian chuckled as he pulled Han into a hug. Lola moved onto hugging Han while Brian greeted Gisele. Oliver patted Han down the arms before pulling him into a hug, not believing it was real.

Later, the group was now sitting on some chairs. Mia was sitting on Oliver's lap. He had his arm wrapped around her torso, holding her, with Mia having her arm around his neck. Roman walked towards them.

"I'm just still trying to figure out..." Roman started

He passed Han a beer.

"How are you two still alive?" Roman asked

He gave Gisele a beer before sitting down next to Tej.

"Well, after we got to Tokyo... we didn't know what to do. We were aimless. Lost." Han began

"Absolutely. But can you get to the part where the car exploded and you two are still alive?" Roman asked

Oliver shook his head in disappointment.

"Like, I'm trying to..." Roman started

"Roman, can you... can you just be quiet for one minute?" Lola asked

"We made plans. We had dreams. But Tokyo became home. Then one day, Mr. Nobody came calling." Han explained

He explained how Mr. Nobody was talking with him and Gisele to join his job. Gisele trusted him at the time because Mr. Nobody had also worked with her.

"And all we knew was that we had to steal some tech from the home of a scientist couple. But as usual... Mr. Nobody didn't tell us everything. In fact, he left out the most important part." Gisele said

She looked over to Elle, who looked at Gisele before looking down.

"I was 11. My parents would take me to the movies on Saturdays if I tried hard in school during the week. I was so excited to go I forgot my raincoat, so I went back in. At first, I didn't see it. By the time I looked out the window... Mom and dad were gone." Elle said

She was now into tears which cause Lola to tear up slightly, her motherly instinct flaring up.

"Turns out we weren't the only ones looking for this thing." Han said

"Han and Gisele saved me. Wouldn't leave me behind. They knew I'd always be a target, so they taught me how to survive. We became a family." Elle said

She looked over at Han and Gisele, with tears still in her eyes. Han and Gisele smiled back at her.

"'Always be a target'? Why?" Tej asked

"Cause she is the key." Dom said

He leaned against the table.

"Everybody's been looking for a thing. It was a person all along." Dom said

"My parents didn't want Project Aries to fall into the wrong hands, so they locked it with their own DNA, something we share." Elle explained

"And them, one day, Mr. Nobody gave us the heads-up that one of his best agents went rogue. So when Deckard Shaw came calling, we used it as cover." Han explained

"But you got killed in a car crash, Han, Gisele." Roman said

"Mr. Nobody had a way of making things look real. Our deaths..." Gisele began

"Became the best way to stay alive." Elle finished

Suddenly, an alarm flashed through the room which made Lola panic as she gripped on Brian. They all quickly stood up while Tej and Ramsey ran over to the computers.
