Kaitlyn woke up again around one thirty in the afternoon. Isabelle was next to her. Kaitlyn hugged her mother, who sighed.

"Is Luna ok...?" Kaitlyn asked.

Isabelle nodded, "She woke up a few hours ago."

She sat up. Isabelle sighed.
"What were you doing out here? Why didn't you tell me you were trying to get down here?"

Kaitlyn looked down, hugging Isabelle tightly. Tears spilled out her eyes. Isabelle pulled her close, and took her into a different room.

"I'm sorry, Momma..." Kaitlyn said quietly, "I wanted to know what happened to her, and you didn't wanna talk about her... I didn't think you'd want me to investigate, because we aren't allowed to talk about her, so I didn't tell you... I just wanted to know what happened..."

Isabelle didn't need to ask who Kaitlyn was talking about. She sighed softly, looking at her daughter. She was silent for a while, memories playing in her head.

*Memory*
It was a cloudy morning in July. Tiffany came outside to find her wife curled up in a hammock, crying. She frowned, walking over.

"Emerald?"

Isabelle looked up at the sound of the name, wiping her tears away. Tiffany climbed into the hammock, nearly falling out as it swayed wildly. She brought Isabelle into a hug.

"What's wrong?"

Isabelle stayed silent, clutching a necklace. Tiffany sighed softly, "He died today, didn't he?"

Isabelle nodded, tears welling in her eyes. Tiffany hugged her wife tightly. Thunder rolled overhead. Tiffany stayed silent as Isabelle cried, gripping her hand.

Isabelle snuggled into Tiffany, the hammock swaying again. Tiffany smiled a bit.

"Alright, let's get out of this thing before we flip over. I'll take care of Luna today, if you want."

Isabelle shook her head, "No, it's fine. I can take care of her." Tiffany smiled a bit, moving to get out. The hammock suddenly flipped over and tossed both of them out.
*End memory*

Isabelle sighed, "Kaitlyn... I'm sorry I made it seem like you couldn't talk about her. I just... I couldn't."

Kaitlyn nodded, "It's ok..."

Isabelle stroked her hair, "You said you've been investigating? What did you find?"

Kaitlyn went into her backpack, grabbing a small file.
"I've been going through news articles at the library for months now. I haven't been able to find anything."

Isabelle nodded, "Makes sense, I think your aunt threatened the library until they removed the stuff on Tiff."

Kaitlyn smiled, "Until Monday. I found a news article on when she started that psychic detective business," She grabbed the address, "Adam denied knowing Mama, so that was a waste of time."

Isabelle pulled her close, thinking.

"But then me and Luna found an address. It's a place on Lyndhurst Lane. I haven't checked it out yet."

Isabelle sighed, "Alright, tell you what, you can investigate this lead on your own. After that, you never go behind my back again, okay?"

Kaitlyn nodded, hugging Isabelle, "I'm gonna go see Luna first." She stood up and left the room.

She walked over to her sister's hospital room, and pushed the door open.
