🍿•° the movie °• 🎞️

Its was a very joyful night for Sun Wukong since today Macaque decided show up for movie night! Usually he's all alone or with his monkey subjects but this time, The great sage is lucky!

"I can't wait for movie night!! And for today, since im nice and all, i'll let Mac to choose what movie we should watch!" Wukong thought smiling. Soon after that the doorbell rang and Wukong quickly opened the door to see Macaque with his dark purple Hoodie on! "Hey Macaque!" Wukong greeted him with his hand waving lower "pleasure to have me here Sun Wukong" Macaque said sarcastically as he bowed down "Pft- stop that! Don't be too polite ya idiot!" Wukong chuckled and made his way inside with Macaque. Macaque went to the kitchen and saw popcorn on the counter "You like popcorn?" Macaque questioned "Whaatt ofc i do! Its so delicious" Wukong replied and they went to the couch Infront of the TV "also you get to choose what we watch tonight!" Wukong mentioned "I thought its your movie night?" Macaque turned his head to Wukong with a grin "well i am nice so you choose" Wukong replied "okay peaches." Macaque agreed and started to scroll through the movies.. then, he saw a horror movie and Macaque loves horror movies "Let's watch this one!" Macaque said "haunted town? Isn't that a.. horror movie..?" Wukong questioned with a nervous face "Heck yeah! Let's watch it!" Wukong saw how Macaque really liked the show but little does macaque know, Wukong HATES horror movie, the last time he watched one he couldn't sleep! "o-oh.. uh okay.." Wukong said trying to keep it calm and cool

( A FEW MINUTES INTO THE MOVIE )

Macaque was enjoying the movie and Wukong was trembling, Macaque noticed this and said "Calm down peaches.. its not the scary part yet!" Macaque comforted but Wukong ain't trusting it. My goodness! In about a few minutes later the show is coming to a terrifying scene of jumpscares and ghosts and unconscious people laying on the floor while the others are hiding from the demon, Wukong was terrified as he pulled the blanket up to his eyes, A loud scream was heard from the TV and Wukong's heart was racing like crazy as he covered himself in the blanket.. Macaque with his six ears can hear his heart beating very well and he paused the show, "Wukong.. are you okay?" Macaque turned his head to Wukong who was still under the blanket "i-im fine!" Wukong said shaking "Oohhh your scared huh?" Macaque realized "N-no im fine!" Wukong said while stopping himself from being such a coward and stopped hiding, sitting down. "Wukong its fine if your scared.. you can tell me!" Macaque said patting Wukong's head gently "it's okay Mac! I can handle it!" Wukong insisted "okay but just to be sure.. you can get close to me okay?" Macaque offers and Wukong agreed and tilted his head on macaque's shoulder and Macaque resumed the show.

The great sage was scared at first but now he feels safe and calmed and after a few more scenes of demon hunting and screams macaque asked "You enjoying this?" There was no answer he turned and tilted his head to see Wukong fast asleep, "awhhh- I MEAN- auhh he's asleep" the black simian thought and decided to to dozed off as well turning the TV off since its 2AM and they both slept together on the couch until 10am..
