I am so much frustrated with today's episode.
Today Abhimanyu was giving so much gyaan about family and insaan. Insaan hai galti ho jaati hai to kya Akshu insaan nahi thi. Are family maan na to door insaan bhi nahi maana use. Neil's death was unfortunate but it was written in destiny. Akshu being there in that situation was co incidence. I know I might sound heartless after this but Akshu was always treated as garbage by the mighty Birla's.
Timeline is changed a little bit. Here Akshu is not reading law she has already graduated in law and now practicing in court.
So plot of this OS is. After seeing Aarohi's serious condition Kairav thought to give justice to his sister. He thought that Aarohi was being delusionary again. And once again his one sister will suffer because of Birla's. He immediately filed case against Mahima Birla and also Abhimanyu Birla so that they let him take Aarohi with him as Abhimanyu was denying to let Aarohi go to another hospital. But when he started looking for lawyer no one agreed to take the case because Birla's used every power in their hands. At last he told Bade Papa to call Akshara because he needed her support as he got to know that she got graduated in law and is allowed to practice law in court. At first Akshara clearly denied being the scapegoat every time. Whenever she is needed they used her and when she needed anything then she was denied support. But then Kairav being the idiotic brother blackmailed her saying family and all. And then she told that she will come but on the case date not before that. Here Birla's are happy and relieved that Goenka's are not getting any lawyer.
Hearing date:
Mah : Kya hua Kairav. Koi lawyer nahi mila tumhe.
K : In your dreams Mrs. Mahima Birla. Is baar Kairav chup nahi rahega. Dekhti jaao aap aage.
They all went to the courtroom. All the Birla's sat in one side and Bade Papa-Kairav sat in other side.
Jud : Proceedings shuru ki jaaye.
BL : For Birla's lawyer.
BL : Your honour proceedings to tab shuru hogi na jab inka lawyer available hoga inke lawyer ko to adalat ka keemati waqt barbaad karna hai.
Ak : I am here your honour.
Birla's: Akshara, Akshu.
BL : Oh Mrs. Birla sorry sorry Mrs Akshara Sharma. Aap lawyer kab bani. Last time yaad hai aap khud apne bhai ko insaaf dilwane ke liye dar dar bhatak rahi thi.
Ak : Back to earth Mr. Dev wo six years pehle ki baat thi. Aur wo ladki koi aur thi jiski aap baat kar rahe hai. Yaha advocate Akshara Sharma reporting your Honour. Ye rahe mere practicing orders. I graduated in law last year.
Jud : Yes Mrs Sharma aapke papers valid hai. You can proceed now.
BL : Your honour Mr. Kairav Goenka ne mere clients pe jo bhi ilzaam lagaye hai wo bebuniyaad hai. Wo ek accident tha. Haa negligence ho sakta hai wo bhi accidental. But jaan bujh kar kisi ne Mrs. Aarohi Birla ko hurt karne ki koshish nahi kari hai. Wo family member hai after all.
Ak : To neglect the maintenance of a defected CT machine bas ek ittefaq and accidental negligence hai? Aaj waha Mrs. Aarohi Birla thi kal koi aur hota. But still being Birla's lawyer aapse yahi expected tha. Your Honour the fact is Mr. Parth Birla ko ye pata tha ki wo machine defected hai. Hospital staff ne unhe call kiya tha inform karne ke liye but unhone jaan bujh kar is baat ko ansuna kar diya. And mere paas iske proof bhi hai. Aap andar aaiye please.
