Doctor Singh (famous Trauma Surgeon) of Birla Hospital was a man in his late 50's. Senior than Abhimanyu. He also considered Abhimanyu as his son. The state of Abhimanyu and his rash decision making in case of Akshara made him tensed. As this will lead them to no where. The girl in the ICU bed will suffer more and along with her will suffer Abhimanyu. The indifferent behaviour of Akshara will take a toll on Abhimanyu's health also in the long run. He came to know that as much as he has done mistakes but he loved the girl very much. So he decided to call Manish Goenka, the only man who can feed some sense in Abhimanyu. As at the moment the only person who can help them is the one who is close to both Abhimanyu as well as Akshara.
Manish Goenka knocked on his cabin door. And he gestured him to come inside.
BP : Ji doctor. Kuch progress hai kya meri bachhi mein.
DS : Akshara ko jab theek hona hoga wo tab hi theek hogi. At least ab wo medication and treatment ko respond kar rahi hai to wo recover kar hi jaayengi aaj nahi to kal. Maine Akshara ke baare me baat karne ke liye nahi bulaya hai aapko. Main aapse Doctor Birla ke baare me baat karna chahta hu.

Ayurvedic treatment bhi slow process hi hai koi chamtkar nahi hai ki hosh aate hi wo ek dam theek ho jaayengi. Haa hosh aane ke baad agar wo open environment me rahengi to unki recover hone ke chances jyada hai. Lekin uske liye unka hosh me aana jaruri hai. Maan liya waha jaane ke baad unhe hosh aata hai aur wo ek dam se alag environment dekhengi aise me unka darna common hai phir Doctor Birla ki presence kahi aise me unhone khud ko harm kar liya to hum yaha se kuch bhi nahi kar paayenge. DS : Main kehta hu Akshara ko abhi yahi rehne de. Ek baar wo hosh me aaye , medicines ki help se unka trauma thoda bahut cure ho jaaye aur wo khud decision lene me able ho jaaye tab unhe yaha se leke jaaye. Lekin Doctor Birla ko ye aapko samjhana hoga. Aap bade hai. Akshara aur Abhimanyu dono se connected hai. To aap unhe sahi tareeke se samjha paayenge. Aur main ye nahi keh raha hu ki sirf Akshara ko hi harm hai. Doctor Birla ki mental health affect hogi agar Akshara ne khud ko kuch kiya to.
BP : Theek hai doctor main baat karta hu Abhimanyu se.
Manish Goenka left from their and went to Akshara's ward. Seeing your grandchild attached with so many machines is very much painful for him. He kept his hands on Abhimanyu's shoulder who was resting keeping his head on Akshara's stomach.
Ab : (getting up immediately) Ak.... (But seeing no movement in her turned to other side) Bade Papa aap yaha. Maine kaha tha na ki bas main ambulance aane ka intezaar kar raha hu. Main Rishikesh me bhi saari arrangements kar di hai. Hum ab kuch der me nikal jaayenge.
BP : Baat karni hai kuch tumse bahar aaoge.
Ab : Ji chaliye.
