"Either you tell me or I'll tell everyone"demanded Karthik my second brother.
"No bhaiya!...I'll tell you everything" I pleaded as I was caught by my brother texting Rahul on whatsapp.
I told him everything. How I admired Rahul and kept his newspaper cuttings in my personal diary. I told him everything.
"This was the whole thing..."i said as I carefully kept the red rose Rahul gave me between the pages.
We could hear the clock tick as there was pin-drop silence and the atmosphere was serious. I was facing my brother. I dunno how he would react to it.
"Sapna, to me he appears smart!"Karthik grinned as he looked at the newspaper cuttings.
"And the ring that you're wearing shows his true love, you said he wears a similar one?"Karthik asked when I nodded and then blushed.
"If only we could tell this to maa and dad.."I said staring at the floor.
"You leave that to me choti!"Karthik said as he patted on my back.
"Thank you bhaiya!" I smiled and hugged him tight "you're the best!!"i added and looked at him.
