Leo was the kind of person who wore his sense of humor and charisma like a badge of honor. he was known as one of the few students at hogwarts to succeed at getting all the girls attention, including several of the boys. he had the looks and he had the perfect personality to go with it; but all that fury on the outside could never truly mask the pain he held on the inside.
his home life was a nightmare and the only chance he ever had of escaping was when he came to hogwarts. his sister was his closest friend — not counting the trio, who he spent most of his time with — but the only person that would ever know how difficult it was for him. being born into a family full of only slytherins and coming out on the other side as a gryffindor wasn't exactly the type of news you could easily bring up over holiday. he was the disappointment. the boy who could never carry the family name and the honor of having it while he was alive.
leo felt like he was born to fail. he couldn't please his family, couldn't get sorted into the right house, couldn't make perfect grades, and couldn't get the girl of his dreams. but he hid all that pain behind his smile. at least the one thing he could do right was bringing justice to the gryffindor house, the home where he would always belong. but sometimes even the best things in life could be the reason for your downfall if you aren't careful enough.
