I decided to go to the gym after I got off of work
It wasn't to far away from the University. I figured l could squeeze three hours end before going home, l already called Sasha to see if she could stay over a little later than usual. Today has been draining l only seen Lena once when she was coming back inside the building from having lunch with her wife Stephanie. I forget she hates to be called by her first name, Lena only calls her that when she's trying to get her attention. Lena told me that she won't be in on Friday, she's going out of town for her in laws anniversary this weekend. I haven't seen Greg around since our run in, l don't know why I keep getting hitting by men. Maybe it's time to get back on the dating scene again, Casey would love to see me putting myself out there. I wonder how Casey's finance feels about her hanging out, she says he's always out town on business
I can't believe Brett leaves her for weeks at a time. I believe he has a mistress on the side, but l won't tell Casey that. She's totally in love with him, they have been together for five years. He keeps putting the wedding plans on hold, l try not to pry into their personal affairs
Whatever he's doing it's only matter of time his lies will catch up with him eventually. I don't know why she waste her time on him, when he's being unfaithful to her
I do a couple of reps using the free weights, since moving to los Angeles. I've lost a few pounds, I get up every morning and go jogging down on the beach. Sometimes I ride my bike, l like to stay physically fit. I'm in a size eight before I was in fourteen, l've cut back on the sweets and fast foods. I love working out cause it's good for my anxiety, l really need to go shopping and get a whole new wardrobe of clothes. Once l'm done with the free weights
I walked over to the excise machines, l got on to the treadmill and begin walking. I set it to forty five minutes

From work told me about this heath spa Olivia said to the woman. I've been coming here for a few months the woman states, l put my ear buds back in my ears and finished up my workout so I can go home and kiss my baby before she goes to bed. The woman gets off treadmill and leaves the workout room, l continue on with my routine. People were entering the gym, l looked down at the time. It was going on 6:00 in the evening, l can't believe I been here since 4:30. I better go hit the showers and head home for the evening. Tomorrow back to work again,
