"matt what if i like, get threats again?" nailea asks the boy who was was stuck to her side as they walked toward the target doors in the parking lot
"if you get threats i will single handedly kill every single person who sends them" matts grip tightens around her waist "we just have to get better at pda"
"were fine at pda" nailea says "i just know that were going to run into a fa- oh my god matt are you that famous that you have a paparazzi following us right now?"
"what?" matt looks to his left, seeing a literal paparazzi walking towards them "my anxiety cant handle this"
"excuse me"
"youre gonna be okay" nailea places her hand over the one he had around her waist
"are you matt sturniolo?" the paparazzi asks
"yes i am" matt answers
"youre nailea right?" the paparazzi, now looking towards nailea
"yeah" nailea purses her lips, nodding slightly
"could i ask you some questions on your recent instagram posts?" the paparazzi asks
"uh," matt looks at nailea who just shrugs at him "sure, thats fine i guess"
"so, the first question is, nailea why did you break up with matt?"
"oh" nailea looks down
"you know what? we dont feel that comfortable answering those kind of questions. if youre here to ask if we're dating, then the answer is yes" matt defends
"matt its okay" nailea squeezes his hand "not that its anyones business, but i broke up with him because of personal problems"
"and that problem was?" the paparazzi asks
"matt can we go inside now?" nailea looks up at him
"yeah" matt says quietly "were gonna have to go, sorry" he leads him and nailea into the target
"i hate paparazzis" nailea complains

"are you guys matt sturniolo and nailea fairchild?"
"oh my gosh" matt mutters, squeezing his eyes shut before looking at the fan "yes"
"i just wanted to say that you two are so cute, i didnt mean to bother"
"no! its totally fine, you arent bothering us" nailea comforts "but we have to go"
"yeah, it was nice meeting you" matt says
"bye" the fan smiles softly, walking away
"okay you officially need to hire a bodyguard" nailea chuckles, leading them toward the drink section
"lets hurry because we have to record and theyre gonna get mad at us" matt smiles, opening the fridge and grabbing drinks for the four of them, outting them in the cart "do you want ice cream?"
"yes!" nailea gasps, grabbing cookies and cream ice cream and giving it to matt "ill pay for it though"
"fine" matt rolls his eyes "come on lets go"
they go to self check out and nailea pays for everything, putting the things in a bag and leaving. nailea gets in the passenger seat and matt in the drivers seat.
"what took you two so long?" chris complains
"a paparazzi came up to us, asked us questions, then a fan came up to us, said we were cute together, then we ran" nailea explains, matt driving out of the parking lot "where are we going?"
"a parking lot where people arent staring at the van" matt turns to the left, putting his hand on naileas thigh as she played with his finger unconsciously
"what are we gonna do though?" nailea asks
"who's most likely to" chris answers
"GUYS SHUT UP!" nick yells at nailea and chris "who's most likely to get lost in a target?"
"chris" nailea says, eating ones of matts fries to which he scoffs at "why are you scoffing matthew?"
"because youre eating my fries" matt looks at her
"you ate half of my nuggets!" nailea gasps "my happy meal isnt a happymeal if the person who wanted the happy meal doesnt eat it!"
"that doesnt make sense!" matt exclaims
"you dont make sense!" nailea says "but i love you so dont take that as an insult"
"this episode of friends or dating" chris says to which nick laughs at
"fuck off!" matt yells at his brother "and i love you too but a part of this relationship is that you have to let me eat your food"
