It was nandini's last exam she stayed up at night studied and woke up had her breakfast manik dropped her wished her luck and she went to give exam.manik left a sweet message for her which she read after her exam was over..

She saw his message but didn't reply she was really upset bcz her exam didn't go well she didn't even called him nd tell about it...manik was continuously trying to call her nd message her but she was not picking up his calls he really got worried now and left from office..the driver told him that he dropped nandini home
Manik was driving nd called her once again this time she picked it up
MANIK: "nandini why aren't you picking up my calls dammit??? I'm calling you from the last one hour seeing my messages nd not replying???what's wrong with you"
NANDINI: "maa...maanikkk" she said sobbing
manik stopped the car
MANIK: "nandini?? Nandini are you crying jaan?? What happened tell mee plzz dont cry nandini"
NANDINI: "maa..maniikkk myy...ex..exaam" she started crying more he understood it
MANIK: "nandini stop crying why you crying han it's okay if one of your exam didn't go well you have studied hard na I've seen it you did really well in all others it's okay if one of it went wrong" he tried to explain it to her in a soft loving voice
NANDINI: "it's not okay we have our convocation afterwards nd I wanted to be the gold medallist "
MANIK: "don't worry you're going to be the gold medallist I promise you just stop crying"
NANDINI: "no I wont be" she hung up the call
Manik dialled a number started driving again the person said hello
MANIK: " WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK OF YOURSELF HAN?? WHAT ARE YOU ?? "
PERSON: "sorry mister malhothra what happened?"
MANIK: "HOW DARE YOU MAKE A DIFFICULT PAPER FOR HER JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR BLOODY PAPER SHE CRIED...YOU KNOW I CAN MAKE AND BREAK YOUR CAREER..AGAR MEI TMHY IS CLG KA PRINCIPAL BANA  SKTA HUN TO MJHY EK MINT B NI LAGAY GA TMHY ROAD PE LANAY K LYE DO YOU GET THAT??"
PRINCIPAL: " sir but making the question papers is not in my hands they are their teachers who make them"
MANIK: "whoever it is make sure nandini gets full marks nd she is going to be the gold medalist..AM I CLEAR???"
PRINCIPAL: "yes sir"
MANIK: "nd dare you tell nandini or anyone about it"
PRINCIPAL:" dont worry sir I won't tell anyone"
MANIK: "nd yeah one more thing result of the exams should be declared by tomorrow"
PRINCIPAL: "sir tomorrow?? I mean..."
MANIK: "what do you mean???"
PRINCIPAL: "nothing sir as you say it will be declared by tomorrow"
He just hung up the call

MANIK'S POV: i just can't see or hear her crying result will be declared tomorrow she's going to be happy otherwise she'll cry till the result comes now I've to go nd wipe those tears of my princess face
Manik reached home nd ran towards nandinis room her room was locked he knocked it she didn't open
MANIK: "nandini open the door plzz see I'm here"
MANIK: "nandini just listen to me talk to me na"
MANIK: "NANDINI OPEN THE DOOR" he shouted this time and nandini opened it
He saw her eyes all red he held her face in his hands
MANIK: "why are you crying baba if it was difficult it was not just for you everyone must have messed it up a little" he wiped her tears off and kissed her cheeks
MANIK: "I don't like these tears on your face i like my happy nanduu smiley nanduu" nandini smiled at him
NANDINI: "but you shouted at me" she said making a pout
MANIK: "sorry" holding his ears
NANDINI: "it's okay..I'll sleep for a while"
MANIK: "yeah you should sleep nd I'll go back to office i left all of my work just to see if you're okay"
Nandini hugged him
NANDINI: "I'm okay manik thank you..you can go nd yeah before you say I promise I wont cry"
Manik smiled at her nd went back to office nandini slept for a few hours..

It was late night manik was back from office they had their dinner together manik left for his room to sleep

NANDINI'S ROOM. she was laying on bed nd moving her hand over the bedsheet where manik used to sleep
NANDINI'S POV:
It feels so empty without you how will I sleep without you?? I was just loving waking up in your arms
What does he feel about me I dont understand should I confess??what if he doesn't feel the same I cant force him into myself I dont wanna ruin this friendship of ours..

It was raining outside and nandini loved rain she went to maniks room he was sleeping she went towards him sat on his bed
NANDINI: "manikk see its raining"
MANIK: "let me sleep nandini I'm tired"
NANDINI: "manik pleaseeee" she pleaded him
MANIK: "seriously?" she nodded in a yes
MANIK: "now??" She nodded
MANIK: "fineee"
___From childhood nandini used to love rain whenever it was raining nandini used to wet herself completely in the rain  manik used to sing for her nd take her to eat her favourite icecream while having a walk at the side of the beach___

Manik got up from bed they went outside manik took his guitar and sat on a side nd started singing for her while nandini was twirling around laughing while listening to her fav singer's voice live that too late night manik was admiring her all this while nandini was calling manik but he didn't go in rain finally nandini came to him dragged him in rain manik didn't like it at first but after sometime he too was enjoying...nandini was just looking at him without blinking her eyes while he was smiling talking he collected some rain drops in his hands and threw on nandini due to which she came back to her senses nd they had a water fight...when it stopped raining nandini and manik went to buy her favourite ice cream nd finally went to the beach there were hardly any people they had a quiet walk there holding hands sat there for a while and came back home..
