Nandini was taking care of manik in the best possible way she didn't sleep the whole night a movement from him would make her worried nd ask him a thousand times if he's okay alright...
The next morning nandini was feeding manik his food when the door opened nd it showed ayyan and affan standing there with cabir behind them manik nd nandini smiled seeing them nd they both ran towards his bed
NANDINI: "good morning babiesss  how r you both" nandini said looking at them but they both were looking at manik
MANIK: "missed me?" He said raising an eyebrow 
Nandini made them sit on the side of bed one by one manik hugged them both nd to everyone's shock they cried manik got worried hearing them
MANIK: "what's wrong why're you crying??" He tried to break the hug nd look at them but they both were sitting on their knees on the bed nd hugging manik nandini too got worried nd rubbed their backs saying words to calm them nd after lots of difficulty they stopped crying nd left manik..
MANIK: "what happened baby why did you both cried so much??" He held both of their hands nd they both looked at each other then down
AYYAN: "we got scared" he said in a babyish tone looking at their hands
NANDINI: ""scared of what beta?"
AFFAN: "that baba will leave us too like our mama"
MANAN: "whattt???" They both questioned together as it wasn't expected they never talked about their mother
AYYAN: "we don't have our mama nd"
NANDINI: "and?" She said worriedly
AFFAN: "baba plz don't leave us what will we do alone" he said looking at manik who was very shocked could not register their words in his mind
MANIK: "why will I leave you both beta?? You two are the reason i live you both are my lifee my everything" he said trying to give a satisfying reply to them
AYYAN: "but our mama also left us na"
Nandini saw manik being speechless to their questions so she tried to answer
NANDINI: "don't you guys think we should be angry to you baba?" She said showing fake anger nd both of their attention diverted to her
NANDINI: "see your father doesn't know how to drive a car see what he did to himself" she said pointing towards his injuries they both cutelu nodded in a yes
NANDINI: "should we punish him?" She asked nd both happily said yes
NANDINI: "so as he's not allowed to eat anything except that boring food we'll eat everything infront of him chocolates pizza icecream parathay everything" as she was saying both of them got excited nd were giggling on manik making bad faces...they stayed for a few hours nd during that time nandini made sure to distract them as much as she could she made them laugh teased manik played games on mobile they got tired so she sent them home cabir nd manik asked her to go home nd rest as well be she didn't agreed nd was stubborn so cabir left with them..
Manik slept a while due to his medicines nd nandini too slept on the couch for a while nd after sometime manik woke up opened his eyes nd looked for nandini nd a smiled appeared his face seeing her sleeping on the couch
MANIK'S POV: "i dont get it how does she have such a big heart after everything I did she didn't stopped caring her nature didn't change I just wish if I could ever just bring those years back nd remove all of her tears with happiness I JUST WISH I COULD"
He was looking at her when nandini opened her eyes nd saw him looking at her she smiled nd came to him
NANDINI: "how are you feeling??" She said checking him if he's alright he held her hand due to which she stopped nd looked at him
MANIK: "I'm fine I just need one thing" he said looking straight into her eyes
NANDINI: "nd what's that?" She asked seriously
MANIK: "thats YOUU" he said nd she removed her hand nd looked away
MANIK: "you know both of my kids they never ever said anything about their mother never asked but today I was shocked to hear mama from their mouths" he said nd nandini turned back facing him hearing his serious tone
NANDINI: "manik they got scared they didn't mean they want their mother all they meant was they don't want to loose you too they got scared listening about your health your accident...they never asked but they know they don't have a mother they're seeing everyone having their mothers in house calling them mama mom that's what they were talking about" she said sitting beside him
MANIK: "they felt it but they never said it knowing there must be a reason I just wish I shouldn't have just hurried in doing things in past they're affected they miss the presence of a mother I tried but I can't take a place of a mother even I'm not even a good father to them" he said with a guilt to which nandini felt bad she held his hand in her
NANDINI: "who can understand better than us manik? We've lived our lives without parents nd we know how difficult it is but it was much more difficult for us than it's for them bcz we lived with them we remember them we've memories with them nd their going affected us as we missed their talks care laughs everything...they never saw her they don't know who she is where is she nothing about her they were worried for you bcz they have been with you they didn't wanted to loose you bcz they are addicted to you you're their father nd you're a great father okk? You're enough for them but take efforts take out time as much as you can be their first nd best friend dont make them be scared to talk, share anything they want you can't be a mother but you can be the greatest father to them nd trust me they're expecting this only moreover everyone in the house treats them as their own child you know that...you're all they need just be their first nd best friend" she said nd manik was just nodding like an obedient child nd didn't say anything as she stopped she waited for an answer but got none
MANIK: "nandini come here" he was lying down so he gestured her with eyes nd hand nandini asked what but he called again when nandini went closer to his face he kissed her cheek nd whispered in her ear
MANIK: "I love youu so muchh" he said while giving her another kiss on her face while nandini blushed hard nd got up quickly
NANDINI: "I'll call the nurse to check the stitches" she said without waiting for his answer nd went out while manik was smiling seeing her going away
MANIK: "miss nandini what efforts should I make instead of me you're impressing me everyday nd I'm falling more nd more with your kindness your words your smile your blushing your behaviour with ayyan affan everything about you makes me fall in love all over again" he was saying looking at the direction where she went nd smiling

Nandini went out when she saw abhi coming she met him they both sat for a while on the cafe near
ABHI: "so will you leave after he gets discharged?" He asked taking a sip of coffee
NANDINI: "I don't know bhai I'm just stuck in middle I'm unable to think what to do I'm confused in so many things I'm saying yes to but I dont have any idea how I'm gonna do everything nd what to do" she said holding her head with both the hands
ABHI: "you didn't thought of anything?"
NANDINI: "once he's alright I'll think afterwards" she said nd he nodded nd talked for a while nd went back to manik feeding him the food nd after his medicine made him sleep talking to him...
NANDINI'S POV: "no one's life is as confused as mine right now I just don't know what am I even doing?no matter how hard you try becoming strong nd be one infront of world you'll always fall week infront of your family your loved ones you can't think without your emotional caring heart you can't take decisions with your mind as I do in office I thought I would be able to apply it on everyone but seeing them all I don't think I'll ever think of them without the involvement of my heart" she rolled her eyes at herself took her laptop which abhi brought nd got busy in checking what's all happening in the office nd she got busy in that afterwards...
