Yeonjun's POV:

The two walked to the station in silence. A somewhat awkward, yet still comforting silence.

Beomgyu's words replayed over and over again in his head.

He didn't understand why he couldn't just move on. It was just a song, and he was simply singing it. He wasn't confessing his love or anything.

Beomgyu would probably never confess, he knew that. Out of all his admirers, why would he choose Yeonjun? The very one that caused all his pain?

It was a hopeless, one-sided love.

He should probably start getting rid of his feelings for Beomgyu.

"Hey, Yeonjun?" Speak of the devil.

Yeonjun swallowed and looked up. "Yeah?"

"Is it just me, or is this station kinda empty?"

Yeonjun blinked, he hadn't really noticed his surroundings. He took a quickly surveyed the area to find Beomgyu was right.

"Beomgyu, what time is it?" he asked.

Beomgyu pulled his phone out of his pocket and glanced down. It was dead.

Great.

"What about your phone?" Beomgyu asked.

"I left it in the car," he admitted sheepishly.

Beomgyu pursed his lips and turned. "Yeonjun. We missed our train." He points at a clock on the wall.

Yeonjun approaches it, and spots the train schedule under it. "The next train isn't for... an hour. That's not too bad I guess."

Beomgyu looks at him, and he can tell they don't share the same feeling about this.

It was cold.

No, scratch that. The train station was freezing. There was no indoor area to wait. They were sitting on a bench, in the dark, in the cold and without anything to entertain themselves except each other.

And Beomgyu just sat there, swinging his legs, looking around absentmindedly. They were sitting a fair distance apart, and the silence did not help Yeonjun's bored mind. The cold was killing him. He was sure that he would be a solid, blue ice block by the time the train decided to show up.

Suddenly, he wasn't so cold anymore. Yeonjun glanced over his shoulder in confusion and saw Beomgyu pressed up against him, pulling on his jacket tighter. He couldn't help but smile.

Beomgyu looked up at him and met his fond eyes. "What? I was cold," he defends.

Yeonjun simply shakes his head, his smile unintentionally growing.

"Hey, Beomgyu?"

The younger boy hummed in acknowledgement.

"Haven't we been here before?"

Beomgyu looks up at him, his eyes confused but asking him to continue.

"On a bench, in the cold? Waiting?" Yeonjun prods, willing him to remember.

Beomgyu raises his eyebrows. He still doesn't remember.

Yeonjun sighs. "You're really gonna make me explain this to you? How can you not remember?"

The street was isolated.

The cold wind mocked Yeonjun, who'd conveniently forgotten his jacket.

He sat on the bench, bored and wishing time would hurry up. If they took another minute longer, he was sure he'd get frostbite or die of hypothermia.

"Yeonjun? " a familiar voice cried out. He looked up and saw Beomgyu running towards him. "Aren't you cold???"

Yeonjun raised his eyebrows and gestured at his bare arms. "Take a guess."

Beomgyu rolled his eyes, but squeezed next to him on the bench. "This should warm you up a bit at least."

Yeonjun glanced at him, the fond smile he'd always had around Beomgyu appearing. They'd been dating for around 3 months at this time, but Yeonjun fell for the younger the moment he saw him.

"So why are you here? Alone, in the cold?" Beomgyu finally asked.

"I'm waiting for Yeji," he replied.

Beomgyu nodded, but the confusion in his eyes didn't go away.

Yeonjun smiled at him, seeing all the questions he was bottling up but wasn't asking. Yeonjun knew he didn't want to seem rude or possessive. He opened his mouth to answer the unasked, but the doors opened at the same time. Yeji walked out holding a plastic bag and ran excitedly to Yeonjun.

"Jun! Oh, Beomgyu? Hi!" she greeted.

Beomgyu smiled and nodded. Yeonjun noticed him glance at Yeji, the bags and then back to him.

"Oh, uh, I'm having dinner with Yeji tonight. Wanna join?" he asked.

Beomgyu glanced at Yeji. He saw how her smile faded in the slightest, but then she forced it to be even wider.

"That's okay, I was planning a night alone tonight. You two enjoy though!" he replied.

"Hey, Yeonjun?" Beomgyu's gently voice jolted him out of his extremely vivid flashback. "You're crying."

Yeonjun gives the younger a small smile. "I just really missed you."

The train finally arrived.

Beomgyu eagerly ran into the open doors, plopping down on the closest seat. Yeonjun couldn't help but smile as he followed him.

Beomgyu let out a yawn, and rested his head on his hyung's shoulder. He was clearly exhausted.

He looked down at the younger, smiling fondly.

He was in love, and these feelings were never going to go away.
