Arminda rode around in search for John for he never told her where he was going when she finally got a call from him and he told her where he was when she reached where he said he was she found him walking towards then into what looked like a warehouse clutching his stomach "what the fuck John!?!"  she says as she climbs off the motorcycle then rushes over to him he chuckles then says "yeah!"  she looks at the wound he's holding and says "lets hope there's something in there if not I have a first aid kit in the saddle bag"  he chuckles then breaks the window with his elbow, reaches in and opens the door once they were inside she turns on a light and looks around her "those poor pups!"  she says softly John looks at her "looks like a vet clinic.... which explains the cages"  she says as she walks further inside and sees that there are medical supplies stacked along the walls in blue bins and a medicine cabinet next to them she walks over to them and sees if there was anything she could use once she finds what she needs she walks over to John who was leaning up against a exam table and checks the wound he's been "babying", cleans then stiches it up she looks at him and sees that he is staring at a dark grey pit bull who looked bored inside his cage.... he's yawning.... she reads the red words that were stamped on the paperwork clipped to his cage then whispers through her teeth "it's always the pit bulls!"  then she says to John "I do have a side car if you want to take him with us"  John chuckles then walks over to where he saw some leashes, takes one, walks over to the cage with the pitbull opens it up and clips the leash on the pups collar "it's okay let's go"  he says to the pup then he leads him out of the cage and walks him outside and over to the motorcycle the pup looks at the motorcycle then him "go on hop in"  they hear Arminda say and they both look at her as she walks over to them "fine we'll walk!"  she teases John chuckles "you know that could be just what he needs that and to go potty after all who knows how long he was cramped inside that tiny cage"  she says he nods "tell you what, I'll drive on ahead and either you can flag me down when your long legs get tired or I'll meet you at the Continental, your job isn't over yet anyway"  she says he looks at her oddly "well you still want to go get your car right!?! and I do believe the one my brother let us "borrow" is still sitting in the Continental parking garage"  she says he chuckles then nods she climbs onto the motorcycle and rides away the pup whines John looks down at him and says 'I know but we'll see her soon"  then they start walking "it's your fault anyway you wouldn't hop into the side car"  he says the pup looks up at him and growls out a bark John laughs.... when John and the pup reach the Continental Arminda already had the car they (Arminda and John) borrowed from her brother sitting out front waiting for him and she stood leaning up against it as she waited for them "ride home I'll meet you there when I'm done"  John says once he reaches her she nods then hand him the keys to the car and this time when she nodded her head towards the motorcycle which was parked beside the car the pup rushes over and hops into the sidecar which makes her chuckle John fought the urge to kiss her cheek like she once did his only because when she did it it was in the privacy of his hotel room and when he wanted/felt like doing it it was in a very public place it was one thing to have people think she was his housekeeper/chauffer/a person he was hired to protect for she may still be safe with those lies/half truths but if people saw him kiss her they'd start thinking something more was going in and that would put her in a world of danger and all he truly wanted to do was love AND protect her.... when John returned home Arminda walks into the garage and bursts out laughing when she sees the car in it's current state "you at least brought the door home right!?!"  she teases "why your brother should be able to find one right!?"  he asks "you expect my brother to....!?!.... expect a hefty payment then cause that is going to take FOREVER!"  she replies he chuckles he shuts the car off then opens the glove compartment door and finds another envelope with a birthday card inside from his dearly departed wife he opens it and finds a picture of him looking at her as she takes a selfie of them together seeing him kiss the picture Arminda walks back inside to give him some time to himself "Minda!?!"  John says when he hears the door softly shut he climbs out of the car then heads inside with the card and picture in hand and the first to greet him is the pit bull.... "he needs a name you know!?"  John hears Arminda say as he bends down and pets the pups head he looks up at her then says "then name him!"  she replies "you stole him! you name him!"  he chuckles then says "I've never been good at that sort of thing"  she replies "have you ever tried!?"  he says "no Helen and I never had kids or pets so I never got the chance to...."  she asks "and before that when you were a kid!?"  he shakes his head "what's your real name?!"  she asks "Jardani Jovonovich why you thinking of....!?!"  he replies "not really.... I mean it's a nice name but I was just curious.... and surprised you told me"  she replies he chuckles "Ares!? Hades!?"  she says he looks at her oddly "well we could go with Bubba but that's too close to Babba and you might get confused!"  she teases he laughs then asks "why those names then!?!"  she replies "Ares is the Greek god of war Hades is the Greek god of the Underworld and you're basically always at war with the underworld.... at least you have been since I met you though if you want to stick with Russian gods Svantovit is the Slavic god of war and Veles is the Slavic god of the Underworld honestly I was kinda thinking of our friend the Ferryman of the Continental which is why I suggested the Greek ones first!"  he chuckles then asks softly "you really think it's a nice name!?!"  she replies "yes"  he starts to walk towards her but stops when she takes a step back "you just found a card from your wife you are not in the right mindset for that John and it would just be wrong too....!"  she tells him softly he nods for she's right he wasn't completely thinking clearly "and don't you apologize!"  she says he chuckles "come on I made supper"  she says he smiles then follows her into the kitchen where a nice warm homecooked meal was waiting to be eaten....
