Y/N

A chance for a new beginning, a new term, a way to finish the year, was here. So much has happened, it was hard to keep track of everything. I had to prepare for a lot this next term, since those poachers were now getting more information on me and Ranrok was still on the move. Professor Weasley and Fig have been telling me I've been excelling in my studies, and now I've been excelling in.... Other areas.

As I got myself ready, my hair being the last thing I needed to take care of, a knock came at my door, two of the girls in my dorm turned to look to each other as they giggled. "Go on Y/N, open it and see who it is." I felt a small smile come across me as I rolled my eyes. Opening the door, Sebastian leaned against the door frame as Ominis crossed his arms, a small smile on his face. "Are you ready my dear? Classes will start soon if we don't hurry." Ominis piped up as the girls behind me let out little fits of giggles. My eyes moved to look at them as I shook my head. "Don't pay them any attention."

Sebastian chuckled as he placed his hand underneath my chin and tilted my head up to look at him. "We could show them what they're missing out on." He cooed as I groaned playfully, my smile still on my lips as I walked through them. "Oh please, you go ahead and show them." The two boys followed quickly behind me as Sebastian let out a small whistle. "Did someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed? It could be because you didn't sleep in my bed last night." I let out a huff as I tilted my head up. "I didn't want any wandering eyes once I left your room in the early morning. If I didn't leave, who knows what rumors would have been thrown around the school?"

"I would love to hear people talking about us. Imagine all the things we could do that the others mention. We could make every rumor come true." Sebastian's voice was a bit low as Ominis let out a chuckle nodding, his elbow pushing into Sebastian. "Besides, she would have been much more comfortable in my bed anyway. I would have known how to keep her comfortable." Sebastian let out a small laugh as we began to walk down the hall to the left of the common room entrance, several first years seeming to be running late to their first class.

As I turned down a hall and walked through a set of doors, a large group of people stood by a stone pillar, most were girls as they giggled and talked to each other. "I wonder what all the fuss is about. Never seen girls act so exhilarated over a piece of paper on a pillar." Sebastian pointed out as he stood behind some girls, his hands in his pockets as I stood next to Ominis away from the crowd. Some girls had turned their heads to look at the taller boy behind them, some blushing as others giggled. My eyes rolled as I watched them, Ominis putting his arm around my waist. "I sense that someone is feeling a bit... resentful?" I leaned into Ominis some, shaking my head as I looked away from the crowd before us. "Not at all. I know girls are going to look no matter what he does."

The blonde leaned in close to my ear, his lips pushing on my ear gently. "That's how we feel when boys look at you and say things to you that should only be for us. We start acting malicious, the two of us acting as though we should show everyone who you belong to." My head turned to face Ominis, his hand moving away from my waist as he heard some people walking by. "Just something for you to have in the back of your mind." He said with a wide smile, his eyes seeming to show a hint of teasing. He winked at me as Sebastian came back, his hands still in his pockets. "There's going to be a ball at the end of term, something the seventh years are going to put together. No wonder the girls are going ballistic over there."

My eyes seemed to light up, my eyes turning to where the girls were. "Where is it going to be held? Is it to be at night? Oh, I wonder what it's going to be like." I have never attended a ball before. The stories I have read about them with my mom while I was back in the muggle world sound like true magic. Now that I am immersed in real magic, I wonder if the ball will truly be as magical as I remember from the stories. Sebastian watched me keenly as he moved his arm to lay around my shoulders gently, "I think our little mooncalf finds a bit of interest in the ball, Ominis." My eyes moved up to Sebastian's and then to Ominis. My cheeks started to get rosy as I crossed my arms. "I'm just excited is all. I've never been to one."
