Coffee

One final test, one final exam, one final assignment to hand in,
Just a few more sleepless nights, but energy is wearing thin.

The only solution is a cup of joe, that dark java gold.
To get through this only a drink, hot, bitter, and bold.

To pull this all-nighter, to make it to the finish line,
Some flavored liquid heaven, ground nice, and fine.

Feeling tired, a little foggy, but with coffee I won't be.
To fuel me up with energy, I'll brew a batch just for me.

Without that rich aroma of espresso, I can be  a little mean,
But once I've had a little taste, I thank those little beans.
