Ambition

26 11 5

A dream so haunting,
Left her wanting.
Filled with ambition.
She made it her mission.

Until trouble transpires,
From her deepest desires.
Lied, and cheated for the deal,
Surrounded by the surreal.

Once her soul was so kind,
Greed tarnished her mind.
