"Still no sign of Elvis Sam!" Ellie exclaimed as Arnold sighed.
"We have been looking for him for about two days now. Can we give it a rest Sam?" Arnold spoke as Jerry looked at him.
"We aren't leaving my cousin behind." Jerry spoke as Arnold glared at him.
"Well I mean we could..." Arnold joked as Jerry glared at him.
"Do that and I might just end you." Jerry spoke as Arnold's eyes went wide.
"Probably the wrong time to make a joke huh?" Arnold spoke.
"You think?" Ellie quipped back as Sam looked at them and just shook his head.
"Focus guys. Elvis has to be here somewhere." He spoke as they still tried to walk around.
~~ A while later ~~
"Do you hear that noise Penny?" Elvis asked as she looked at him.
"N..?" Penny tried to say the word as Elvis just laughed.
"Oh Penny. It's so cute when you try to say things you don't know how to." Elvis spoke as he booped her nose. But before he could say anything else Penny booped his nose back, shocking him.
"Mimicking me I see? Two can play at that game." Elvis spoke as he was about to imitate her but stopped. The noise came closer. He soon looked at Penny who turned away from him and hid behind a tree, as footsteps came closer.
"Elvis?" Ellie spoke as Elvis turned around.
"You guys! Quick come here." Elvis motioned to them to come closer as they all did.
"Where have you been?" Sam asked as Elvis shushed them.
"Don't be too loud or you will scare her." Elvis spoke.
"Who's her?" Arnold asked as Penny peaked out from behind the tree.
"Penny..." Sam spoke as she looked up at him, before clutching onto Elvis.
"El..." She spoke as Elvis sighed.
"Shh it's alright Penny. It's just Sam. I know you don't remember but... you need to trust me." Elvis spoke as she looked at him. "You know, trust Elvis?" He spoke more as she nodded her head.
"Tru...st." She spoke as she looked at him with a smile on her face.
"Of course, trust me. They won't hurt you." Elvis spoke as Penny looked confused.
"Oh again I am such a fool." Elvis spoke as he slapped his head, causing Penny to do the same thing. Elvis soon laughed as he looked at her.
"No hurt Penny. Sam, Ellie, Arnold, Jerry, no hurt Penny." Elvis spoke to her as she understood, letting go of her grip on him as she looked at her friends.
"Penny is scared, and doesn't remember anyone besides me. So that's why I haven't been around. I've been keeping her close, protecting her. I am sorry, I am such a fool for not coming back sooner." Elvis spoke as Jerry laughed.
"It was only two days Elvis and besides, you and Penny are alright, and that's what matters." Jerry spoke as Penny looked up at him.
"El?" She spoke as she looked at Elvis before looking at Jerry.
"Yes that's my cousin Jerry." Elvis spoke as Jerry smiled.
"It really is nice to finally meet you Penny." Jerry spoke as Ellie interupted them.
"I hate to break this all up, but it's getting late and... I think I hear something nearby." Ellie spoke as Elvis smiled.
"Don't worry, Penny knows where to go." Elvis spoke as Penny knew what he wanted without understanding all his words. Penny hesitated as she held him close.
"El, no... no take." She spoke as Sam looked at her.
"We won't take Elvis away from you Penny." Sam spoke as Elvis translated.
"No take, Elvis, they will not." Elvis spoke to Penny as she nodded, and everyone followed her as Elvis held her hand.
