Ch 65 [Killing the Horde]

Ciri's P.O.V

After our night at, Yukana's house her and myself went out to find, Zephyrus so we could ask him if he'd play guitar in our band. She was sure he'd help us but I'm not one hundred percent sure about it. But hey, no one get's anywhere without trying.

Ciri:"So, where is he usually at this time of morning?"

Yukana:"Usually he's around his place around this hour, so let's check around there."

Ciri:"Shouldn't we just call him?"

Yukana:"Actually, that might be a good idea. Give me a second."

She called him quickly, and it turn's out that he isn't home at all; he was in the Badland's hunting Demon's. At least I can call my Sword to me when I needed it. Yukana on the other hand.....she's likely gonna have to run home to get her weapon's or stay behind me.

Ciri:"If you want your weapon's, go now. I'm headed to the Badland's to assist, Zephyrus."

Yukana:"How bad could it be? He's pretty strong anyway, by the time we get there he'll probably have it finished by the time we get there."

We started toward's the Badland's in search for, Zephyrus. Why, Yukana didn't ask him while they were on the phone is beyond me; but after a while we did get to the Badland's and it was definantly worse then either of us expected. There was an entire horde of Demon's that were there and were trying to get passed, Zephyrus so they could attack the Mainland's.

Demon's:"*Roar*!!!"

Yukana:"Oh shit."

Ciri:"You don't say! Stay back, we'll handle this."

Zephyrus:"Ciri? Well thank god you're here, could always use the backup.-

-Kill 'em all!!!"

Ciri:"Right behind you!"

Yukana:"Don't get killed! I don't wanna bury you two!"

Myself and Zephyrus worked together to slay all of the surrounding Demon's, but damn there sure was a lot of them, if we aren't careful they could outmatch us and cause some sevear damage. But luckly, we were able to dispose of all of the Demon's and had a chance to breathe.

Zephyrus:"*Deep Sigh* That was harder then it should've been."

Ciri:"You're telling me?-

-But I have to say you did a pretty damn good job. We should go Demon Hunting together more often."

Yukana:"Hmph,-

-I'll be coming with next time too."

Zephyrus:"You both know that I can handle the Demon's myself. And why did you two come here? You could've been killed."

Yukana:"I actually wanted to ask you something.-

-Will you play guitar in our band?"

Zephyrus:"Huh? Sure, I guess? Isn't there another option?"

Yukana:"Not really, sorry 'bout that. But at least we're all on par with our singing so we're ready on that."

Zephyrus:"Okay, I guess I'll be your guitarist until you can find someone else."

Yukana:"Okay, I'll accept that. How 'bout you meet us at my place tomorrow for practice?"

Zephyrus:"Fine. Text me a time later, I've still got a bit if shopping to do today. So I'll be headed out now. See you later I guess."

Yukana:"Okay, see ya later!"

He started back toward's the Mainland's to do his thing as did we. Man, what a day am I right?
