I woke up on Saturday morning, feeling y/n's warmth beside me. I turned to face him and found him still sleeping, his chest rising and falling with each breath. It was a strange feeling, being married to someone I barely knew. But I tried not to dwell on it too much and got out of bed to make us some breakfast.

I'm not used to cooking, so I decided to keep it simple. I made scrambled eggs and toast, and we ate in silence. It was still awkward between us, but at least we were starting to get used to each other's presence.

After breakfast, we decided to deal with the legalities of our marriage. We needed to get our marriage certificate so that our marriage would be recognized by the government. It was a necessary step, but I couldn't help but feel a little excited. It was another milestone in our marriage.

We got dressed and headed to the city hall. It was a short walk from y/n's apartment, and we arrived in no time. We went to the marriage registration office and filled out the necessary paperwork. We had to provide our personal information, as well as our parents' information. It was a tedious process, but we finally finished it.

After filling out the forms, we were directed to another room where we had to take our marriage vows. It was a simple ceremony, but it was still meaningful. We stood before the registrar and repeated the vows, promising to love and cherish each other until death do us part.

After we finished the ceremony, we were given our marriage certificate. It was a simple piece of paper, but it represented our commitment to each other. We left the city hall feeling relieved that the legalities were done, but still unsure about our future together.

As we walked back to y/n's apartment, I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. I had hoped that getting our marriage certificate would bring us closer together, but it only highlighted our differences. We were still two strangers trying to make a marriage work.

But I was determined to make it work. I wanted to give our marriage a chance, and I hoped that y/n felt the same way. We still had a long way to go, but at least we had taken the first step.

As we arrived back at y/n's apartment, I felt a sense of unease. What would happen next? Would we be able to build a life together, or would we end up going our separate ways? Only time would tell, but for now, I was content to take it one day at a time.
