She realizes something is up the second she wakes up in your dorm

"Ugh...what is-" Then she hears her voice

She quickly runs into the bathroom, looks into the mirror and freaks the fuck out

"AAAAAAAAHHHH!" EVEN HER SCREAM IS MANLY-

She wastes no time running over to her/your dorm and waking you up

"Kizuna!?" She hears her own voice say

She locks the two of you in her dorm as you both freak out in unison

You recall Monokuma's motive when she's in the middle of nearly crying

You quickly try to comfort your girlfriend, as bad as the situation was, there had to be a way to fix it besides murder.

"I-I know...Just...promise me...you won't..." Kizuna's....err...Your voice sounded like a whisper of a scared child. It was a side of her that you had never seen before.

You put a hand on her shoulder as she bit back tears. It was then that it began to dawn on you. You're girlfriend was loved just for her looks, so much that she even believed men to be servants, making morally wrong choices and abusing them, she even tried manipulating you when you first met

Now, you were in complete control of her body and could take advantage of it at any time.

"Kizuna...I'll never do anything like that. I'll never do anything to make you uncomfortable. I'm with you for you...remember? Not your body..." 

She nods as you hold her in your....her arms.

Ayame Hatano:

She wakes up around an hour or two before the morning announcement in order to jog around the school
