Hibiki Otonokoji:

Hibiki was a bit stubborn when it came to hiring a wedding planner, but cracked under the pressure of preparing a wedding and agreed after less than a month (She still claims she can do it herself, she just hired her for you)

She's there for you if you ever need to rant or vent about the drama in your friend group, as she's vented to you many times about annoying fans or her colleagues going missing

However, she had no idea had bad it was until your wedding day. She didn't mind the expensive and flashy decor, thinking you had been the one to pick it out, but when she learns how possessive your planner had been? Hibiki won't hesitate to tear her a new one, only stopping when she sees the state your in

"Y-Y/n! Don't cry...! It's going to be okay. It was all Helen's fault! Not yours! H-Hey...we don't need her. We'll make our own perfect day! I-I promise...I'll make it happen!"

Hibiki postpones the wedding, turning the venue into a private concert just for you. She sings your favorite songs before taking you to a five star buffet. The two of you treat yourselves to a nice spa day, and take time for yourself

She fired the planner, and probably gets Kanade to help her leave a bunch of anonymous bad reviews. The planner is forced to quit after also being spammed by Hibiki's angry fans

After making sure you were alright and getting rid of the planner, Hibiki decides that she'll plan this wedding once and for all, pushing away Kanade's help.

It took a lot of her blood, sweat, and tears to do everything herself, being one of her first independent projects, but it was worth it in her eyes as she saw your face light up.

The two of you were going to have the wedding of your dreams, planners be damned!

Rei Mekaru:

Rei didn't have any objections to a planner, being too busy to plan the wedding herself. As long as you hired someone with good reviews from a reliable source, she was fine with it

She tried to decrease her workload in favor of spending more time with you, but she only found you getting more stressed and anxious about your wedding

She tried not to press you on it, but was getting increasingly worried about you (Not that she'd admit it, of course) Rei eventually confronts the planner, who assures her that nothing is wrong and everything is going well

She doesn't believe it for a second, easily deducing that the planner was the cause of your stress. To confirm her hypothesis, she asks to see some of the decor, knowing exactly the kind of decor that you'd like

As she expected, it was nothing like how you'd want. Rei confronts you in private about the planner, and what she's doing, but you assure her that you don't mind, and since the planner is your friend, you don't want to hurt her feelings or push her away
