She thinks it's adorable
Setsuka actually encourages you to do it! Sometimes she'll ask you to draw something on her hand if she's especially bored in class
She loves it when you guys play hangman or tic tac toe on her
She uses her robotic eye to take pictures of the things you draw on her
She would hold her hand to her face to look at what you drew, and then use the hand to ruffle your hair
She'll offer to draw on you sometimes and will write cheesy pick up lines and stick figures of the two of you
Not to mention hearts everywhere (and probably a mustache on you)

She pretends to be annoyed by it but will be genuinely concerned if you don't do it
Sometimes she'll just hold her hands out to you in the middle of class, and would refuse to make eye contact with you
She promises herself to write a song for you every time you draw for her, which doesn't usually happen but she does get inspiration from some of your doodles
Would criticize your art but if anyone tried to wash it off then she would scream at them
She would draw on you as "revenge" but will really find herself a new hobby
She's a pretty bad artist who would mostly draw hearts and stick figures of the two of you, and get blushy from her own drawings
Sometimes you'll let her draw on you and watch her reddening face

She thinks it's the cutest thing ever
She can always tell when you want to draw on her, and she'll always hold out her hands for you
She's an amazing artist, and could perfectly replicate your doodles or even professional artworks
She will giggle or smile over whatever you draw, but when she's alone, she wouldn't stop grinning
Would gush about it to Hibiki, who would then tell her to shut up
She loves it when the two of you just draw on each other without a care in the world

She'll always compliment whatever you draw and will be sure to point it out to every person in front of you just to see your face
