So are we together now? (Chapter 11)

(At the apartment)

Ein: "Pierce... uhm can we find somewhere private to talk?"

Pierce looks at Ein, his expression softening. "Sure, Ein. Let's go to my room," he says, leading the way.

Ein: "wait what room...".

Pierce and ein walk through the magic wall.

Ein: "Woah...."

Pierce: "This way..."

Ein follows a Pierce and they reach a beautifully colored light blue bedroom.

Pierce locks the door and turns to Ein.

Pierce: "What is it Ein..."

Ein: "I-i-i-i.... uhm actually... ever since Ava interrupted us you have uhm feeling... or what I have see, you look uh upset and awkward."

Pierce sighs and runs a hand through his hair, looking down at the ground. "Yeah, you're right, Ein. I've been feeling a bit...conflicted," he admits, avoiding Ein's gaze.

Ein: "Conflicted? About what?"

Pierce: "About us, Ein," Pierce says finally looking up at Ein, his eyes filled with uncertainty.

Ein: "Us? What do you mean?"

Pierce takes a deep breath, trying to gather his thoughts. "I mean...I've been having these feelings for you, Ein. And I don't know what to do with them."

Ein's eyes widen in surprise. "Feelings for me?"

Pierce: "Well...I care about you a lot, Ein. More than just as a friend. And I've been struggling with that because I don't want to ruin our friendship or make things awkward between us."

Ein: "So you're saying..."

Pierce: "I think I am in love with you Ein.... ever since I met you..."

Ein: "W-wow... I mean you were giving that vibe..."

Pierce: "What... What do you mean..."

Ein blushes and looks away. "I mean, you were always so protective and caring towards me, and I couldn't help but think that maybe...you felt something more than just friendship. But I didn't think too much of it." he admits, his voice barely above a whisper.

Pierce stares at Ein, his eyes filled with surprise and hope. "You noticed that, huh?" he says, a small smile tugging at his lips.

Ein nods, still unable to meet Pierce's gaze. "Yeah...I did."

Pierce takes a step closer to Ein, reaching out to gently lift his chin so that they're looking at each other.

Pierce: "And Ein about earlier, I'm sorry if I've been distant or moody. It's just because I've been struggling with these feelings, and I didn't know how to handle them. But I can't hide them anymore. I love you, Ein," he says, his voice filled with sincerity.

Ein: "I... I love you too."

Pierce gives a small smile and their faces move closer, bringing Ein on his tippy toes. Suddenly when they are about to kiss the door unlocks and Ava.

Ava: "GUYS I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU- Uhhhm did we interrupt something... again?"

Ein: "UH NO!"

Pierce quickly steps back from Ein, feeling flustered and embarrassed by the interruption. "N-no, Ava, we were just...talking," he stammers

Pierce: "Wait how did you even get in here!?"

Ava: "magic.... literally." Ava hides the pin behind her.

Pierce shakes his head in disbelief, feeling a mix of frustration and embarrassment. "Well, thanks for ruining the moment," he mutters under his breath.

Ein tries to hide his disappointment and quickly changes the subject. "So, what's the plan for the rest of the day?" he asks, forcing a smile.

Ava: "Uhm I don't know just wanted to know where you two were... are you sure I didn't interrupt something..."

Ein: "No, Ava, you didn't interrupt anything important," Ein says, trying to reassure her. "We were just having a conversation."

Ava nods, still looking a bit suspicious, but decides not to press the issue. "Alright then, by the way leif and Asch are fighting over the TV remote... a lil help would be nice. Maybe Pierce you are the strongest maybe I don't know fling them into oblivion seriously they are making me nuts! Rhys and noi are trying to stop them but you know they like their socky, the sock puppet thingy."

Pierce:  "*sighs* those two morons." Pierce walks out the room and Ein follows Pierce into the living room, Ava close behind. They enter the living room where Leif and Asch are still arguing over the TV remote.

Asch: "I was watching that show first!"

Leif: "No way, I wanted to watch something else!"

Pierce clears his throat loudly, making both of them turn their attention to him. "Alright, enough of this nonsense," he says firmly. "Leif, you can watch your show later, and Asch, you need to take turns. But for now, let's find a compromise, or I'll just turn the TV off."

Both Leif and Asch look at each other, then back at Pierce. They nod reluctantly and hand over the remote, realizing that Pierce means business.

Pierce: "Good. Now let's all find something we can agree on, or we'll all be watching static,"

Ein: "Wow, Pierce, you really know how to handle them," Ein says, looking at him with admiration.

Pierce smiles, feeling a bit more at ease now that the TV remote battle has been resolved. "Well, you learn a few things when you have to deal with these guys."

Ava: "Pierce you are parent material my god. I wonder who's 'daddy' you will be.'

Ein turns bright red thinking of the wrong thing.

Ein: "And I am going to bed." Ein says turning and walking to the bedroom.

Ava: "Any idea what he was thinking..."

Pierce watches as Ein hastily retreats to the bedroom, his face still flushed. He turns back to Ava and shrugs. "I have no idea what's going on in that head of his sometimes,"

(With Ein)

Ein lies down on his bed, trying to calm the embarrassment that has taken over him. He covers his face with his hands and lets out a muffled groan. "Why did my brain have to go there?" he mutters to himself, feeling utterly mortified
