Yes Or No?

As soon as I came back from the office after a long and exhausting meeting, I saw everyone looking at me with weird faces. And when I asked them what's wrong, Dadi just told me it was nothing and asked me to freshen up and be back for dinner.

I was not completely convinced by her answer but I moved forward to take a bath and change my clothes. But suddenly dadu called me and asked me to come down fast because he have something that has to be discussed with me.

I just nodded my head and moved to my room knowing that something must be wrong.

After almost 15-20 minutes, I came down after freshening myself. But all I thought at that time was about what happened downstairs - With his dadi and dadu.

I saw all the others also in the coming into the dining room. Dadu already sat on his chair which was at the head of the table. It was a very big 20 chaired dining table. Dadi sat to the left side of him. There sat Maa and then Papa.

On the right side, it was Bua and fufa then, Chachi and chachu. All of them were a bit tensed to be honest. Then, all the rest of us sat randomly beside each other and started our dinner which was served by the housekeepers.

Everyone were eating silently until I broke it by asking dadu like this, "Dadu you wanted to discuss something with me, right?"

Then dadu cleared his throat and began answering my question, "Haa, I just wanted to discuss about your wedding."

And that's it, I started choking very badly on my food after hearing that. Maa who was sitting beside me pat my head and helped me drink water.

After I was settled, I asked my dadu, "What?"

And he continued telling me that, "You know, there is a very nice alliance for you."

"Kaun hai woh?" I asked.

He replied me saying, "Do you remember that you got engaged in your childhood?" For which I nodded my head and telling myself in my brain that how could she ever be forgotten when she is all that I have in mind?

He continued saying, "She is the girl, Mihira - The one you got engaged to." I just nodded my head and replied him, "Jaise aap chahe Dadu." After all, who would say no to his crush?

As soon as I told him those 4 words, I stood up and came back to my room.

But, all that I have noticed was a shock on everyone's face downstairs. Maybe it's because I just agreed to it very simply, that too in the topic of marriage. It's actually quite shocking but yeah, it's the truth that I really want to get married to her. My Mihira.....❤️

After we all came back from shopping we saw all the elders were looking at my photos. Even we joined them. We also had a lot of fun. But suddenly Dadi opened another album which brought tears into everyone's eyes.🥺

From where I was sitting, I couldn't see the photos. But then, suddenly dadu took someone's name that just blew my mind. It was his name - Abhijay. My one and only crush. My childhood Fiancé. We got betrothed in our childhood not even knowing what that is at the age of 4 but I am crushing on him very badly since then. ☺️

I don't know about him but I really do like him. We were quite close in our childhood. he even stole my first kiss. How could I even forget about it?😘

Suddenly, my train of thoughts were interrupted when Dhriti Tai asked us all to go inside and get freshen up. My thoughts were all about him when I was getting freshen up. After some time, I was called down for dinner.🍽️

I went down to the dining table and sat down beside Dadi. After sometime, eventually dadu spoke up asking me, "How is the food?"

I said, "It is good." I could sense that he was nervous, not just him but the whole family was.

He suddenly asked me something that was, "Heere, do you remember that you got engaged in your childhood?"

I came out of shock and gave him a simple nod letting him know that I do remember. Again he told me something that I really did not expect. Which was, "Actually, earlier Damodar dadu, he gave me a call for asking you to get married to his grandson - Abhijay."

I was seriously shocked to death after hearing those words that came out of dadu's mouth. But i soon composed myself and just said him, "Agar aap ko yeh rishtha theek lage, toh mujhe koi problem nahi hai."

(If you guys think that this is a good alliance, I have no problem with it.)

Saying that, I just ran off from there to my room. And it will be a lie if I say that I did not blush and became into the colour of a tomato.

I don't know about him, but I really do want to get married to my crush. My Abhijay.....❤️

After Mihira went upstairs after giving her answer as 'Yes' everyone were quite surprised but happy.😆

They were really excited for this marriage. So, they called over to the Rathore Mansion.😌

Even in the Rathore Mansion, everyone were in a shock about the answer that came Abhijay. He actually said 'Yes' that easily.😮

But they regained their senses when the landline ringed. Damodar woke up from his seat and went near it and picked up the call.

Just when he picked it up, He heard Gaurav say, "Mihira said 'Yes'."🙂

Damodar felt very happy hearing that and said, "It's time to make the dream of our parents come true cuz even Abhijay told 'Yes'."😃

Both Damodar and Gaurav gave their family a very bright smile.

They both had a very good talk for almost 10 minutes and then, they cut the call.😃

Damodar turns around to see his family all happy and excited. He also told them that, "So, I and Gaurav decided that we will do everything according to the tradition."

He continues saying that, "First, we will have a family meetup tomorrow."😄

Everyone gets so excited and they even start doing some funny dances. Everyone laugh and then they retire back to their own respective rooms and all of them get a beauty sleep to look good for tomorrow in front of the Singhanias.

In the Singhania house, Gaurav tells everyone the good news. And even they get very excited about it. Then, Divya asks Gaurav that, "Then, when is our first meetup going to be held?"🤔

"We decided that we'll be meeting tomorrow afternoon for lunch." says Gaurav.

"OK! Enough everyone... Go back to your rooms and get some good sleep, after tomorrow I may be sure to tell you to sleep well because we'll have a lot of work to do." says Riddhima.🙃

"Ok maa, Let's go guys." says Karan and everyone leave the living room and get back to their own rooms and get some sleep.

Everyone were really happy and excited. But there were two people who were nervous and curious about what answer the must have given - Yes or No?🤭

And yeah, your guess is right. They are our Abhijay and Mihira. They don't know about this good news right. They will on the blue moon when they get to know about it because obviously guys,😇 Marrying your crush without being in any relationship with him/her or even just not having a talk for years together is quite over whelming, right?🥰
