𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐈𝐍 the Yukimura living room with Noshiko and Kira. After learning everything about her mother past with the Nogitsune, Riley wanted to learn all she could about her Kitsune abilities before another encounter with the dark spirit. The only person she knew available was Noshiko. Though Noshiko was bit hesitant to help because she believes a kitsune's path can't be rush. Riley convinced her of how important it was to stop the Nogitsune and told she will do whatever it takes to stop him no matter what. Noshiko caved and agreed to help Riley. She suggested a ritual that would awaken her latent Kitsune abilities, but it won't be an easy task.

Noshiko could be seen setting up five small statues in a circle while Kira sprinkled white powder in between each statue.

"Oh, cool. Are those souvenirs?" Riley asked, noticing the figurines.

Noshiko shook her head. "No. These are your teachers."

"The tiger for aggression, the snake for flexibility, the leopard for speed, the crane for balance, and the dragon for invincibility." Kira informed Riley as she placed candles beside each statue.

Riley started to question how does foxes fit in this equation, but opted out of inquiring the method to madness.

"Right. Since we are on a short timeframe, I had to skip the prior lessons and jump to the final." Noshiko voiced before gesturing for the blonde to sit down in the middle of the circle.

Riley complied, sitting crisscrossed the center. She watched Kira lit each candle while Noshiko poured a cup of oddly smelling tea in a mug.

"You'll need to drink this." Noshiko stated, handing the mug to Riley.

Riley nearly gagged at the smell of the beverage, but eventually drunk it with the most grimace on her face. "Ew, what was that?"

"That doesn't matter." Noshiko assured her before speaking with a serious tone. "You are about to embark on a journey that will require your up most attention and focus. Your teachers will task you with various of trials that you must pass—"

"Wait, what happens if I don't pass them?" Riley inquired.

"Then your soul will condemned in the purgatory between life and death." Noshiko explained.

"No pressure." Riley gulped, feeling her anxiety beginning to rise.

"You must trust your instincts, let the kitsune inside of you flourish, and accept each of your teachers wisdom because that's all you have in there." Noshiko added on.
