THEODORA DYER, a witch, a sorceress, a empath, or an evil in some eyes. In the eyes of Uther Pendragon. She's learned that rather quickly that Camelot was no place for a girl with magical abilities.
Even so, a small village was also no place for a girl being born with magic. The village that she'd grew up in had a certain hatred for those of magic. That's why her father never cared for her, she was seen as the odd one out in their family, especially after her mother died from the plague.
For this reason, Teddy was grateful for the old man names Gaius that took her in after she came to him with a letter from her mother. The small fourteen year old girl knocking on the door with a timid smile as she introduced herself. The old man only smiled and let her in, marking the point of where her life began. He gave her a home, a job and much more love than her own father.
And soon enough, life in Camelot became normal.
Guinevere, or Gwen, as she preferred had become close friends with Teddy. They'd met while Gaius was talking to the curly-haired girl, Teddy makes faces and mimicking Gaius behind him. That was the beginning of their friendship.
Coming onto Teddy's best friend in Camelot, a girl who felt she didn't belong herself, even though she was from royalty, Estella Pendragon. A Princess who's only dream was to be a Knight. And that dream came true, the day Estella was knighted, Teddy cheered the loudest in the background.
But there was more of a spark between The Lady Morgana.
The first time they'd met, Teddy was walking up to give The Lady her medicine and she then tripped over the stairs with a loud thud. That caused the gorgeous brunette to race out of the room and check what had happened. A sweet smile formed on the Ward's lips as she helped the girl up and something then, when their eyes met, made them both go speechless.
So other than that embarrassment, Camelot had treated Teddy good; she had friends, a job, a home, more than she could ask for.
But things were about to change in Camelot.
Two years in Camelot had changed her, but when a young boy comes knocking on her and Gaius' door and walked into Teddy's life, he changed the empath's life forever. For the good?...For the worse? Who knows. All she knew it was her destiny.
