i need to see you again.

as i walk into my apartment all i can see is everything torn off my walls. and passed out on my couch is my lousy excuse of a father. i stand at my doorway in shock, and suddenly my phone rings. its tom, the ringing phone woke up my father "they didnt tell ya did they." he said walking up to me "they let me out. for good behaviour or some shit" he said walking closer to me "james." i say looking up at him "its dad. y/n. you have always been so disrespectful to me." i have no clue what to do at this point. so i run out of my apartment building, he chases after me but i run down an alley way and lose him.

eventually i end up going to violets house where her parents welcome me in with open arms. im laying on the bean bag in violets room when tom calls again. "hey y/n you okay? you didnt pickup earlier." he said with a concerned voice "uhm yeah" i say sniffing "my dad showed up at my apartment and so im at violets now." i say back "im sorry gorgeous. please call me if anything else happens, i wanna be here for you." he said back to me, causing me to smile "i will dont worry" i say hanging up the phone "what you smiling attttt" violet says teasing "tommm hes just being sweet lately" i say smiling "CUTIEEEESSS OMG! are you guys dating?!???" she said "noo not yet... wait what about you and georg??" i say smirking back to her "EEEEEE im prettyyy sure were a thing!! or atleast he told me he wanted to beeee" "THATS SO AMAZING VI!" we ended up watching scary movies all night

when i wakeup i check my phone and see a text from tom "get a flight to germany, i need to see you again y/n" the text read. "holy shit" i say outloud "whahsttt violet says waking up "tom wants me to fly out to germany.." i say staring at my phone "y/n no way. thats crazy" "i-i know but.. is it bad if i say that i kinda wanna go.. im not in school anymore since i dropped out.. and i could really use an escape from james." i say thinking about any downside "i was gonna say thats crazy if you dont go.." violet says to me "will you be at the airport?" i text tom "you know i will be silly"

i book a ticket and start to pack. thankfully james wasn't there "am i crazy for doing this??" i say outloud to myself "probably" i say laughing a little.

im bording my flight. no way. i am bording a flight to see a guy i just met. but somehow it feels like ive known him for years. i trust him with everything.
