AS SOON AS nighttime had arrived, Aster found herself in the front seat of May Parker's car.
She and Peter were out for hours after school, jumping and swinging from rooftop to rooftop. It took Aster a little while to get used to the fact that she couldn't use her powers, though she had done it before and could certainly do it again.
There wasn't much crime for them to fight. Ironically enough, the only situation needing their attention was an old lady struggling to keep a man from taking her purse.
Aster let Peter take him on, watching his fighting style closely. He was doing great until he stopped to apologize to the robber for breaking his nose, clearly not used to his own strength just quite yet.
