I looked once more for Aonung after what had just happened. I saw him coming out from some leaves and waved to him. He smiled and waved back. "Come, follow me. I have something I want to show you." He said as he gently took my wrist. His hand was smooth and warm but still made me shiver. "Where are we going?" I asked while walking to wherever he was taking me. "To a cave I used to go to all the time when I was a kid." He answered.

It wasn't a long walk to there but there was no one around. I brushed off the thought and went into the cave. He sat on the sand with his feet in the water and I sat next to him. It was like a circle shaped hole with water that was connected to the reef. I swung my feet backwards and forwards gently, while looking down. "You're the first person I have showed this to." Aonung spoke up. That's what Itan said a few days ago.

"Does no body come here?" I asked, looking to my side. "No, I don't think so. I have never seen anyone come here." He answered. I nodded and it was silent.

"You're really pretty you know that?" He said. I quickly looked up at him. Did I hear him right? "Huh?" I asked quietly. He licked his lips. "I said you're really pretty." He smiled. My heart skipped a beat on those words. I could feel myself starting to blushing. "Well I think you're pretty hot." I smirked. I can't believe I just said that. I instantly regretted saying that. "I think you're right." He smirked as we started laughing. I slightly tugged his shoulder with mine in a playfully way as he kept laughing.

Aonung's POV

We stayed quiet for a few minutes, enjoying the air. I smiled at the fact we were sitting together. I felt something fall onto my shoulder. I looked down and saw it was Y/N sleeping. How does she sleep so fast while sitting up? I put my arm around her as she quietly slept. Her body felt warm and soft. It felt like the whole world was paused.

I looked down at her and saw her beautiful face. How can someone look so pretty and cute at the same time? She looked so perfect, even when she was asleep. I have the perfect girl sleeping on my shoulder. I smiled and closed my eyes, putting my head on hers. It was just me and her, her and me.

I waited for a few minutes for her to be fully asleep. I lifted her head and slowly put her down on the ground. I lied down behind her and I put my arm out for her head to rest on and my other arm wrapped around her.

Y/N's POV

I slowly opened my eyes to the cave being the first thing I see. I turned around to face Aonung. He was still asleep. He looked so peaceful and handsome. I smiled at the thought of us being together. I realised how much of trouble I would get in if I got caught.

I quickly got up and ran to my pod. I quietly entered, trying not to awaken anybody. Luckily everyone was fully asleep which gave me less chances of getting caught. I tiptoed to a spot near tuk and lied down. I blowed out a breath of relief and closed my eyes.

I opened my eyes, just realising how fast I had fallen asleep. The only person left in the pod was mum. "You have slept for a long time." She said, not looking up from her cooking. I made groaning noises to make it sound like I have. "Mm yeah."

"I didn't see you coming into the pod when we all slept." She stated. My eyes widened and I licked my lips. "Yeah I just came a bit after you guys did." I gulped. I purposely yawned to show mum that I was tired and was going back to sleep. It was easy to fall asleep since I was still tired and that really helped with getting out of the conversation.

Time skip

I was hanging out with Tsireya, Sayul, Neteyam, Rotxo, Itan and Kiri on the beach. We were just talking until I heard someone call me.

"Y/n." It was Aonung. I turned around to see him. "I have something to tell you." I nodded. "I will be back guys." I told the group.

Itan's POV

I watched Y/N walk away with Aonung and I couldn't help but to feel rage on the inside. There's no way she would like a jerk like him. The others kept on talking after Y/N and Aonung left but I couldn't help but to keep on looking at them. From every step they took away from us made me miss
Y/n more and made me wish I was in Aonung's place.

"Itan- hello?" Rotxo waved in front of my face. I smacked his hand away which made him laugh. "Are you getting all sweet with Y/N?" My annoying sister asked. I made a face at her and left. I decided to follow Y/N and Aonung to see where they went. I couldn't help my curiosity.

I walked into the cave that they walked in and hid behind some leaves that covered me. "Y/n, I see you." I heard Aonung say. Was he serious? I watched as Y/n grew a shocked face. "I see you." She smiled. This was hard to listen to. Aonung stepped closer to her and lift her chin up with his hand. He crashed his lips onto hers and she didn't back away. What was I doing wrong?

Y/n's POV

And there is was. I finally kissed the boy of my dreams and it felt amazing. He was mine and I am his.

Aonung's POV

I got to finally kiss the most perfect girl in the world. I was hers and she was mine.

I probably spent 1/3 of my day writing chapters 17 - 19  😭😭
