Fairy godmother arrived after a few minutes already knowing what was going on since this wasn't the first time Xavianna refused to be Cinderella. She knew how to handle the situation.
" Hello Xavianna, how are you" fairy god mother greeted
" I was better before they arrive" Xavi said in angry voice
" We're trying to help you Xavi" Fairy godmother said
" I don't need your help" Xavi said walking away to her room. And slammed her bedroom door
" You will" Fairy godmother muttered
The family was discussing how to convince her while fairy godmother was trying to get her out of the room.
" Xavianna sweetheart please come out" fair godmother said
" Xavianna? Xavianna open the door" Fairy godmother told Sarah to open the door with the extra key. When she did Xavianna wasn't there she got out using the window.
" Find her" Fairy godmother commanded
Everyone ran out of the house and started calling her name. But she was long gone. While they were asking about her to their neighbors. She was in a garden calming herself down.
" Hey can I sit here" a boy approached her. She just nodded.
" Are you okay" He asked but she just nodded.
" If you don't mind me asking, why are you here, so late" He asked concerned
" Just getting some air to cool down, why are you here" She asked
" Escaping family drama" He said she laughed a bit
" Why are they like this" she asked realizing that they were facing the same situation.
" I don't know maybe they are pushing to do our best" He said
" Mine is trying to make me into something I'm not" She said holding back tears
" Well this is a pitty party" He said trying to lighten the mood. It does because Xavianna laughed a bit.
" I'm James" He introduced
" Xavianna" she also introduced
" You should go home it's not safe for you" He said with concern
" You're right, I should probably go" She got up to leave but stopped
" I wish we had a little more time to talk" Xavianna said
" Maybe we can meet up on Friday" He suggested
" Yeah at 05:30" Xavianna
" Yeah see you then" He said, as she waved bye.
When she got home all of them we're relieved.
"Where have you been?" Sarah asked in a worried voice
" I went out for a walk, since the pressure of all you was getting to my head" Xavianna said while walking to her room
" Wait, I'm sorry... Sorry for pressuring you to become something you don't want to become" Sarah apologized
" Mom it's fine, I forgive you. But can I please go as myself to prom"
" Yeah sure, we can take your advice on finding someone else" Sarah said
" Maybe I'll lend a helping hand" Xavianna responded with a smile
