Order Manipulation
can create, shape and manipulate order on a literal, symbolic, conceptual and physical level. They have ability to recognize, discern, envision and understand overt and/or underlying patterns and structure of anything physical, social, mental or natural and know their weaknesses, strengths and all other information and how to use them to reach the wanted goal. Atomic Vision is very limited and focused form of this ability.
User can turn even the most un-ordered situations into well organized and properly structured systems. An example would be a riot involving thousands of people: user would cause the riot to stop or organize it into more effective form. Other simple trick would be throwing a deck of cards to air and have them fall into perfect, unshuffled stack.
Chaos Manipulation
can create, shape and manipulate the chaotic forces in the universe, allowing them to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter reality. They are able to change, mutate, destroy or otherwise manipulate any matter, space/time, living beings, organizations or minds and spirits as well as containing it, so it doesn't spread and spreads only in a desired way.
Order Magic
can utilize the Order Magic, allowing mastery of spells capable of manipulating and/or reconstructing reality and the very fabric of existence, and bring about order to the cosmos
Chaos Magic
can utilize chaos-related magic; a type of magic that taps into and utilizes the chaotic forces of the universe, granting the user a chaotic form of magic that can utilize and reconstruct the probabilities as well as the very fabric of existence that are interconnected to reality, bestowing magical powers and mastery of spells that are are capable of warping the actualities of reality.
At their fullest potential, the user can cause total chaos and destruction to the cosmos, even rewriting entire multiverses on a whim, making them virtually omnipotent because of endless chaotic forces that exist in the cosmos. However, if left unchecked, the user can lose themselves to the very chaos they've invoked.
Authority Manipulation
can create, shape, and manipulate Authority, the power to enforce rules/laws, make decisions, and overall control/dominion of others. Allowing them to remove, change, or even create a new authority for anything/everything.
The user can remove all the authority/control of a location leading to total anarchy, or change the command structure so that common folk have the same power as the god or ruler.
Absolute Command
can impose absolute and irresistible commands upon anything, including themselves, as well as natural and supernatural or living and non-living existences. The user can grant anyone anything or themselves any power simply by commanding it so. Though commands are usually spoken in words, the user's intentions are what truly matters; they can impose complex commands with a single word, through a specific gesture or a sheer act of will, unquestioningly bending anything and everything to their will with all their intents and meaning behind it.
