I woke up to Ellies arms wrapped around my waist, her head buried in my shoulder. Her steady breath was calm against my skin.

I slowly turned to face her, just inches from her face. Ellie looked so peaceful, so safe with me. I left a kiss on the tip of her nose, causing her to slowly open her eyes.

She smiled at me, wrapping her arms tighter around me.

"Hi pretty girl." Ellie said in her raspy morning voice. She cupped her hand on my cheek, slowly moving her thumb against my skin.

I groaned wrapping my arms around her neck. Burying my face into her neck not wanting to get out of bed, get out of her arms. She let out a deep chuckle.

"What's the plan for today?" Ellie asked me. I moved my head to look at her.

"There is no plan." I said smiling.

"Want me to make breakfast?" Ellie asked me tucking a loose piece of hair behind my ear.

"If you're offering."

"Im always willing to make breakfast for you." Ellie said kissing my cheek.

"Just like 5 more minutes." I said burying my face into her neck again. Ellie chuckled and kissed the top of my head.
