Nine gently pulled Damon with him, her stumbling behind him slightly due to his Hight.
Oddly enough, no one's on the escalator like sidewalks or the normal ones.
Ever since the battle, it's like everyone went into hiding.
What's going to happen?

Damon started to slowly recognize this part of town.
She even recognized the small alley she felt into when she escaped the grasp of that baby robot thing.
They turned the corner, and Damon looked with surprise as soon as she saw the aircraft that was in the lab earlier.
Sitting there, ready to go.
Nine slipped his hand out of hers, walking up to the plane.

"Wait what?" Damon looked confused.
How did he get this out of that small door?
Sun roof?
Possibly.

"Hop in." Nine smiled, leaping into the front seat.
Adjusting his seat closer to the levers.
"Wait, where are we going?" She asked, walking along side the ship.
"You'll see." He grinned.
He obviously had something up his sleeve.
Damon was reluctant at first, looking around the area.
She sighed I defeat, now climbing up the side and hopping into the back seat.
Buckling up her waist.
As soon as she's buckled up, the glass roof of the plane slid to a close.
Hearing a slight click.

Damon could feel the air craft lifting itself off up the ground, making Damon feel like her organs were moving around inside her.
"Hang on!" He warned, pulling the levers back.
As soon as he did, the aircraft lifted further off the ground, and the next thing Damon knew.
They were up in the air.
She looked out the window, looking down at the polluted and dark empty city.
This brought sorrow to the girl.
Just seeing Nines home destroyed with buildings.
But she had some hope that she can help him fix this mess.
She let a tear trickle down her cheek.
This is her new home now.
Her home's destroyed.

Damon looked away from the window, sliding down in her seat.
But before she could relax her body to cry more.
She looked up as Nine pressed the red buttons on the levers with each thumb.
Shooting a purple like beam, creating a portal in the sky, flying straight through it.
Damon looked in awe.
"Woah." She said, basically with stars in her eyes.
They were in some type of purple void with floating crystals that had no life or light in them.

"Is this?.."

"The shatter space." He finished with a smirk of pride.
"with this shard, we can travel through different universes in our discretion." He mentioned, presenting the void with his hand.
"Cool." Damon chuckled.
But her smile slowly faded when she remembered everything that robot cat told her.
But that couldn't be true.
He's been nice to her recently.
Minus their little fight.
He's sweet once you get to know him.
But Nine tailed foxes can be good, and can easily turn bad.
Now she doesn't know what to believe.

How could he be using her?

Nine realized her silence, and turned back.
His hand on the shoulder of his seat.
"Hey."

Damon looked up.

"Hm?"

"You okay? You're uhh...kind of quiet." He asked, with slight concern in his voice.
"N-no, I'm fine." She said, rubbing her shoulders.
Nines ears fell.
"Look, if it's about me yelling at you earlier. I said I was sorry. I-I just got a little impatient that's all—"

"No Nine, you did nothing wrong...at least I don't think so." Damon whispered the last sentence herself.
Nine looked at her for a moment, but sighed and looked across the void.
He then realized what was in front of him.

"Welp, we're here." He mentioned, grabbing Damon's attention.
She looked up to see what looked to be a big portal with hexagonal shaped like crystals surrounding the light.
Nine sped up the vehicle, and went straight through to portal.
The bright light made Damon squeeze her eye shut, while shielding her face with her hand.
Once she realized the light died down, she slowly reopened her eyes.
First thing she saw was the night like sky.
Her eyes were filled with awe, seeing the northern lights.
Teal or mint green like trail mixed with blue in the sky.
When she looked around more, it looked like the whole place was lit.
The ground had the texture of a dry desert, with giant honey comb shaped crystals shoved into the ground.
